This was my first "not yoga, not walking" work out in a year. I must say that I so surpriced and proud that I actually finished and got through it all. I even started the video with the attitude that it's good Enough that I started this video but bloody hell I made it through the whole thing. Propably wasn't the prettiest but hey thats why we alone in this house! So Thank you for showing me that I actually can do things!!

YAY! I love this new playlist! I LOVE EVERYTHING Emily makes! I do an EMKFIT video almost every day and have been for about 2 months now! Although, today my kids came in on I write Sins Not Tragedies and said "UTOH! THEY SAY BAD WORDS IN THIS SONG!" sooo, I'll have to skip that song in the future. IDK maybe, Emily, you'd consider using radio edit versions as your songs so I can recommend you to ALL my friends and so I don't have to worry about my kids walking in. Pretty please! :)

Literally can't thank you enough for these work outs! I walk around 12 miles a day for work as I'm a postal worker so having the motivation to do any other exercise is difficult.....
