Sorry i dont know japanese, but i have to say, this is one of the best chiffon cake recipe i have tried so far, i used matcha instead of earl grey and the results are awesome, thank you so much for sharing this recipe!!

This portion of ingredients is for what size of the mole? I currently have a 6inch mole only. Will this be too much? Thanks!

@@cnatalie5943 I know this is late but the recipe says 17-18cm(6.7-7inches). I’m going to have to try with 15cm mold because that’s all I have.
A tip for those who are new to chiffon cakes, or at least the making of them! Do not prepare the chiffon (or angel cake) pan other than to ensure it's clean and dry. The cake batter needs to be able to cling to the sides of the pan in order to rise. If you grease the pan, you will get very little rise.
Just baked a chiffon cake using this recipe and it came out amazing! It’s gluten free, less sweet and i love the light and airy texture! Thank you @emojoiecuisine for the recipe

Can I simply say what a aid to find somebody who actually is aware of what theyre talking about on the internet. You positively know how to bring a difficulty to light and make it important. Extra people have to read this and perceive this aspect of the story. I cant believe youre not more common because you definitely have the gift.
