That's a big boy workout. Sheesh. How could the average runner not root for the dudes running their asses off with no team sponsor. You and all the guys are easy personalities to like as well.

I love how sweat elite brings us so many different types of athletes. We go from Hobbs Kessler to Sam Long to Empire Elite all in one week! Best running channel on KZbin

I love this coach. This is what I do to my student athletes. I leave them in the dark on the workouts we are doing. They love/hate me for it. Lol

Athletes training under the great Hungarian coach Mihaly Igloi never knew what the workout was - either before or during the workout. He believed that just by observing the runners during the session he would know when to call a halt ot give them even more work.

While I love the podcast, sometimes you just need a vlog to bring the workout to life. Love the fact these guys are out on their own and have the belief in their coach and abilities.

Great video showing what it takes to be your best. It would be helpful if you augmented video with text showing workout with recovery time and pace as percentage of race pace. The coach said 103% of 800 race pace for the 1st 600. This is helpful in trying to know how to apply workout for less elite runners.

@@sweatelite Sorry I formulated my question wrong. What are the flush reps good for and what are the benefits when doing them? Is it to do more volume, but I doubt it is for that. In Switzerland I have never heard somebody do that. great video by the way

@@valentinegger8870 to flush out lactic and get rid of the burning sensation before starting the next rep. it's basically like easy jogging instead of standing there and letting lactic acid sit in your legs
