Love to see how two top performers can look at the session so differently. Obviously Kessler is just a few days from Pre so he gets to call the shots, but seemed like Hoppel generally is less interested in data and is happy to roll with the punches. Cool stuff, very grateful to be able to watch two of the top guys train so close to the trials 🙏

Love Hobbs and his style of training such a unique approach. Would love to see coverage of his Thursday hill work out

I mean it's basically just Jakob's training w/ less mileage and mayyyybe more sprints / lifting.

I know how important data is to training and recovery, race day performance… yada yada yada but something about Bryce just enjoying the run, keepin things simple, not over-complicating it and going on feel really hits home with me. Love the vids btw, great work!

Such an unlikely pair but also not that surprising seeing their dynamic together? I hope Hobbs crushes tomorrow at Pre. Time for a breakthrough. Running super well recently and staying healthy.
