If Sausage and Joel do end up on opposing sides at some point, it would be interesting to see how Hermes story shifts. Maybe he'll end up becoming akin to Xornoth in the sense that someone will play him to give him more agency as a character? Maybe Saint Pearl will try to shield the young God from the backlash of his parents feuding by bringing Hermes to her side? What if Hermes is in fact the 'bountiful harvest'? A child for Sausage to cherish that in turn could also act as a tether for Joel's sanity. (Let's be real, the man is unhinged in the best way and only a few things settle him. XD)

i think the wisps from gems empire series is gonna be oneof the villain if not the main one, becouse it seems to be guiding gem to a unknown fate, where is possible that is trying to control gem for a also unknown reson, and maybe pearl knows what's to come, and preparing sausege for a fight.

I think that when SmallishBeans whished to be tall, the fountain could not make him tall so it trapped every remaining God taller than him in another dimension so that he will be the tallest God on the server. This made him think that all the other Gods were dead but they can return for brief periods of time and can still interact with the empires world a little bit.

Prismarina, here's my random thought. There will be total darkness in the entire server, by which I mean night time every time. If the villain was in direct opposite of St. Pearl, then there will be no sun and harvesting in the empires. There will only be famine and drought, and no plants will live. The army of Skeletron will be able to lurk the dark lands all the time, and Princess Katherine's "curse" will grow, but she'll always be in a warrior costume, also princess Gem will have to fight back since there will be no sun. I just think that would be awesome to see!

that makes sense cause some of them were hinting of the deep dark/wardens! but also, pearl being the goddess of the sun? does that mean she's worshipped by both sausage AND gem?

Something interesting I and a few others have noticed is that the evil king and Sausage share some physical similarities. He says that his mother worked in the castle but mysteriously died. It’s possible that Sausage could be the illegitimate heir to the evil king which is why Eddie was so desperate to keep him safe and hidden from the king.

Luv your videos and your theories are amazing,I don't think a feud between Joel and Sausage will happen since Joel also built a statue in honor of the goddess of sunflower(?) "Peril" which he pointed out that it is how Scott would pronounce "pearl".there is a possibility of Joel becoming the season's villain but probably not against sausage.i also think that maybe a hermitcraft and empires smp crossover might be possible since with connection with pearl, she was in her hermitcraft S8 base when oli and sausage met her in the afterlife smp and now that the hermitcraft has a massive storyline going on which is going into monarchy with Ren the king also known as rendog as their king maybe it's connected with the empires smp which is mostly about leading an empire/kingdom, maybe we won't get a full crossover where all those players appear in one Minecraft world but a little appearances would happen with the cave the Lizzie sent her villager in, weirdly resembles Grian's rift.

I have a theory:: when the new enemy rises, it overpowers all the emperor’s, causing pearl to awaken and help them in the midst of battle, possibly posessing sausage’s body and giving him some of her powers?

I bet you can agree with me that lore brings so much fun and life to a Minecraft series, and you capitalize that so well! I won't get too in-depth in my theory in response to your theory since I did get very in-depth in the episode where Joel built his Peril temple but effectively the way I see it is that Pearl was a god the entire time but simply remained dormant. We know from Scott that all the gods fell dormant (or were killed) after the first war with the curroption with the (possible) exception of Eor and Exor. I think the reason Pearl was connected to Gilded Helenthia and died when it died is because the goddess Pearl was acting as some kind of divine parasite; as a farming and death goddess she would be restored by the cycle of farming in Gilded Helenthia. While she was using the farms to restore herself she had Pearl as a host to keep her soul in which is why Pearl was killed along with her empire. It is what fed her and without it she just... withered away

My brain suddenly went lore on our sweet old Sheriff. And I remember Jimmy found his hat in the mine right? What if that was a cursed item that used to belong to a god that made the user either a toy (falling into a fake reality idea of them taking over a land and driving them insane? Who knows) or made them human from being a toy before (I would not be supriced if Smallish beans actually cursed Jimmy years ago into being a toy and keeps messing with him and that the hat makes him temporary human again) My brain just keeps making ideas and random thoughts regarding the matter. What if Jimmy used to be a god? Again cursed into being a toy and/or his old self was actually that small and losing his godhood? Who knows.

the little amethist cave in the corner be like: no one is suspecting a thing I think that something is hiding in that cave from Lizzies new video. You could say it's conected a bit with almost everyone because they all heard stuff from it and didn't know what was it. Pixlrifs even said that he didn't build it and Sausage almost had a vision ( maybe about Ocean Queen but they didn't really talked that much that season ). PRISMARINA I THINK I FOUND SOMETHING OUT!!! Okay so I don't know if anyone has watched the new season of hermit craft but Grian has a "rift" that is purple with endrods!!! and all of a sudden A RIFT apears near the bridge that looks exactly like grians "Rift" as soon as i saw the rift I automatically thought it was grians rift if you have been caught up with the hermitcraft server Grians rift can bring things from alternate realitys so maybe its a set up to also add grian to empires!!!! This would also confirm that grian is the 14th member now that Orionsound has been added!!! Love your channel!!! If you read this im a huge fan and keep up the good work!!!
