Great example James on hiring salesperson. I believe the same; you hire a salesperson with measures of success in mind and not just transactional incidental tasks he would do.

I took a job like this but they called it Employee Events Coordinator. I was between HR and Marketing and it was very messy and I got scapegoated alot. That was my last real Corporate job but I've done Events freelance for a self Owned business and the CEO hires me for her Business social events for the past six years. I'm thinking of going freelance full-time and offering it Solo though not in-house lol. I would have control over my artistry of Client and Employee entertaining and events. 💕
