Feel good from within in this 3-week EMPOWER program featuring low impact workouts from Pilates, Walking and LIIT (low impact interval training) workouts. This is a great program to do if you're at the beginner level or just getting back into a regular fitness routine! Workouts are released Monday, Wednesday and Fridays beginning May 6.
