Love them both!! They are both in my regular setup!

Question for you both. In what way do you use them separately? Can you give me an example/reason why you would use one versus the other? I also have both but am conflicted as to why I should keep the volante if I can get somewhat similar sounds on the echosystem. With that said I don’t want to let the volante go lol!

I have had both stuck with the empress…so much more organic…can “feel”it more in a live situation…as with most strymon stuff I find them lacking a soul…yes they are putting out a sound but it emotionless to me…but I’m sure that’s just me. Great demo thank you

they sounded the same, though. And I'm wearing headphones!

Hi! @delaydude! Great demo, and very taste full playing, the delay I liked the most so far has been the DOD Rubberneck but sadly I sold it, now I'm looking for a good substitution, so I have a question, have you played the Boonar? And if you did, how does it compare to the Volante? A video comparison would be helpful, thanks for your work sharing this demos!

Damn it feels good to be a delayngsta! Oof. I was looking for a delay to add to the echosystem and this was helpful. Thanks! It’s down to volante, which is kinda covered by the echosystem tape Algos. Thermae, kind of covered by the echosystem various pitch algos. And the particle 2 or count to five, because they are the only delays that do anything the echosystem can’t haha but are also pretty niche. Any thoughts?

Keep trying to decide between the Belle Epoch and the Volante. Anyone have the inside scoop?

Hello. I have a question for owners of this pedal. I run two delay pedals. Delay 1 is always on and VERY low in the mix. Delay 2 mix is controlled by expression pedal and can go from no delay (heel) to high in mix (tow). Can this pedal do this on its own? Could i have two delays where only one was being controlled by expression pedal? Thanks to whoever reads this.

If you could only have one, which one would it be? I plan to get Echosystem next year, but the Volante is looking like a good option.

@Club Soda but if you’re making above average rock then both are fantastic tools to use... who wants to be average...

Volante's tape mode is so much better...but would choose the Echosystem for it's dual capabilities...

Hey brother question. If running in parallel or serial engine mode, after you’ve editing, how do you get both delays to come on? I feel like I can only hear one delay. Thanks

Thanks for the comparison delay dude. I run a wet/ dry set up with two amps and I have a Pete Cornish TES for delay. At times I'd love a stereo delay as well. I think these both sound extremely good. I had an El Cap but avoided the Timeline. I recently sold a FTT Future factory as I found it too fiddly. (I prefer simple as I'm tweak challenged) but still want to have a stereo delay. Which is more user friendly for a novice/ beginner? To me it seems like the Volant6e as it is more knob turning then led light reading etc. Which would you recommend for such usage please? Cheers.

Hi there. What’s the TES like? I’ve just got on the wait list but I fear it’ll be a loooooong wait..(long wait…long wait…long wait… etc). I have PC’s SS3 and love it.

I have a Volante and it doesn’t seem to have the same stereo field as the Timeline. It seems like the echo system is wider in this video as well. Am I perceiving that correctly?
@albertohilsaca97575 жыл бұрын
you can pan volantes heads for ultra wide ping pong delays. (read manual)

As always great video. I know you have both pedals on your set up. May I ask why? Serious question. I have both as well and to be honest I bought the echosystem to replace the volante and also include a reverse and digital delay as well as to shrink the board and make a little cash. I’m hesitant to let the volante go because it sounds so good. What makes you keep both on the board and what do you do with the volante that you don’t do with the echosystem? Thank you for your time. Stay safe amigo
