Nice game as always! I think at 12:36 when Barron ventured several times that was triggered from the Midnight Pathlighter? If so, it would have only triggered once because his second ability says "one or more". Really fun game to watch and I love the video editing!!

Thanks for the positive feedback Uriah. I wanted to do something a little different when showing of the commanders this season. Truth be told I haven’t won through combat damage very often lately, been having to rely on direct damage or combo wins. This was a rare occasion but feels great when it does

Getting the combo off is the main plan, getting to kill the table with huge damage is bonus lol...would like to see the ur Dragon get some time to shine...

As a fellow Rayami player it was painful watching him take such a bad hand starting out and then in the end not casting his Rayami until it was too late... If he had cast Rayami before that All is Dust he would have gotten him a bunch of abilities for the recast. I feel a lot of players don't realize how much Rayami impacts the game by removing death triggers for creatures, it can be a form of stax in a way.

Jose admitted this during the game. I actually telegraphed the all is dust revealing it in order to garner good will and further attempt to deflect heat off of me. Jose thought All is Dust exiled creatures. If Jose cast Ryami, I probably win.

FWIW Sefris only sees things go to grave if she's still on the board, no venture off of simultaneous death :(

Yeah I think we got a couple of the calls wrong in this game when it came to Sefris and the venture trigger. At the time it was new and it happens when you have a new mechanic. Thanks for calling us out and letting us know. Keeps us on our toes in future episodes

Yeah he is. Just a weird commander because I don't assume they'll be printing very many cards with the Venture mechanic in the future.
