NIOS ന്റെ 3 വർഷവും 15000 കിലോ മീറ്ററും ആയ കാറിന് A/C ഒരു 20 മിനിറ്റ് ഓടിയാൽ തണുപ്പ് പോകുന്നു. അപ്പോൾ കാറ്റ് ഉണ്ട്. ഞങ്ങൾ കണ്ടുപിടിച്ച വിദ്യ അപ്പോൾ A/C യുടെ സ്വിച്ച് ഞെക്കി off ചെയ്യുക. ഒരു 15 മിനിറ്റ് ആകുമ്പോഴേയ്ക്കും തണുപ്പ് വന്നു തുടങ്ങും. ഉടനെ A/C സ്വിച്ച് on ചെയ്യുക. വീണ്ടും ഫുൾ തണുപ്പ് വരും. പിന്നെ കുറച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ തഥൈവ. ഇക്കൊല്ലത്തെ സർവീസിൽ അവർ എ/സി ഫിൽറ്റർ പുതിയത് വച്ചു. മാറ്റമൊന്നുമില്ല. 2 ദിവസം മുൻപ് PPS കമ്പനിയിൽ നിന്ന് ഒരു ടെക്നിഷ്യൻ വന്ന് എന്നോടൊപ്പം 50 കിലോമീറ്റർ ഇരുന്ന് അനുഭവിച്ചിട്ടു പോയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മെയിൽ അയച്ച് അന്വേഷിച്ചിട്ട്‌ എന്നെ വിളിച്ച് പറയാമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. എന്താകുമോ എന്തോ ! കഴിഞ്ഞ കൊല്ലം ഫെബ്രുവരിയിലെ 2ആം സർവീസ് കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് ഈ കുഴപ്പം തുടങ്ങിയത്. പെൻഷൻ ആയ ഞാൻ ഒരു കൊല്ലം5000 to 6000 ആണ് ഓടുന്നത്.

ബൈജു സാറേഞാൻ നോയിഡയിൽ നിന്നും 2021 Sept ഒരു പുതിയ ignis വാങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ നാട്ടിലേക്ക് തിരിച്ചു പോന്നു. 7000 Km മാത്രമാണ് വാഹനം ഓടിയത് 600 km മുമ്പ് Service ന് ചെന്നപ്പോൾ tyre rotation ഭാഗമായി Steppiny എടുത്ത് frond-ൽ ഇട്ടു 600km ഓടിയപ്പോൾ റിമ്മിന്റെ ഭാഗത്തു നിന്ന് താഴെക്ക് ഒരു പൊട്ടൽ വീണ് പഞ്ചറായി. ഇതിന് മുമ്പ് മറ്റ് രണ്ട് tyre കൾക്കും എപ്പോഴും ഒന്നും കൊണ്ടു കയറാതെ സുചി പഞ്ചർ വരും കുറഞ്ഞത് 4 or 5 പ്രാവശ്യം ആയി ഈ problem . Bridgestone ആണ് tyre. Nexa യിൽ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ tyre ആയതു കൊണ്ട് അവർക്ക് ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാനില്ല എന്നും tyre company യുടെ ഉത്തരവാധിത്വമാണെന്നും പറയുന്നു. അവർക്ക് (tyre comp) mail അയച്ചിട്ട് ഒരിക്കല് വിളിച്ചു എങ്കിലും പിന്നെ response ഇല്ല . എനിക്കെന്ത് ചെയ്യാനാവും up യിൽ നിന്നുള്ള വണ്ടി യായതു കൊണ്ട് എന്റെ പ്രശ്‌ന പരിഹാരത്തിന് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ടാകുമോ?. ദയവായി ഒന്ന് റിപ്ലേ നൽകാമോ?

2021 ignis Zeta ആണ് എനിക്കുള്ളത്.. സർവീസ് AVG motors ആണ്.. വളരെ സംതൃപ്തികരമാണ്. അവർ കൃത്യമായി വിളിച്ചു സർവീസ് ഷെഡ്യുൾ ഫോളോ ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്.. കൃത്യ സമയത്തു തന്നെ ഡെലിവെറിയും തരാറുണ്ട്.
