Enable Disabled Items in Office (Fix stability, missing functions and crash on launch)

Close all windows of the problematic application if any are open
Hold the Ctrl key down on the keyboard and double click the Icon of the problematic Office application.
Click Yes on the prompt asking if you want to start the program in "Safe Mode"
Click File
Click Options
Click Add-ins
Change the dropdown menu to disabled Items
Click Go
Enable any and all disabled items on the list.
Click OK
Close The Office Application
Relaunch it by double-clicking the icon as normal.
