One of the interesting things about this moment is the reveal that binding vows take on the perspective of the one making them. Yuji didn't include himself because he thought he was dead and is that selfless, and Sukuna's version of "hurt" varies dramatically from the vast majority of people. Also, I think Sukuna intentionally made 20 fingers not because he HAD to, but because he WANTED to. He tells Yuji that as long as one of his fingers are out there he can still be revived so it is no problem if he dies (pre-Shibuya), suggesting he knew of the possibility that some would be destroyed and created such a huge number of cursed objects on purpose.

People are missing an important point that might explain what happened. Kenjaku tells Mahito that the penalty for violating a Binding Vow with another person is unpredictable (you can't predict what or WHEN it will happen). Sukuna on the other expected the penalty to be immediate, and when nothing happened, assumed it was because Yuji didn't include himself in the Binding Vow. So either Sukuna is right and he gets away with it due to Yuji's selflessness, or he's wrong and will still suffer the penalty down the line.

I've always assumed that Sukuna made Angel fall asleep the same way Gojo made Yuji fall asleep in episode 2/chapter 2. We don't know how they do it, but this ability exists and it's out there. Nothing harmful about it, from my perspective. Before the Mahito vs Mechamaru fight, Kenjaku said that the penalty for breaking a vow isn't necessarily immediate. It could take place at any moment in time and it could take any form. If Sukuna did break the vow by sending Angel to sleep or breaking Yuji's finger, he simply wasn't punished for it yet. But he might be when he least expects it. It's interesting that Sukuna was waiting for the penalty to take place right away so this is a detail about vows that even he doesn't know. It would be insane if he got penalized at his peak, during the merger or something, but I'm sure people would call it an ass-pull or plot armor for the good guys because very few seem to remember what Kenjaku said (fair though, Kenjaku said a lot of things, it's hard to keep up). It looks like Sukuna got away with everything easily, but he is not entirely safe. It's a matter of what Gege wants for the story and it's smart of him to leave both options open, in case he changes his mind on something. If Sukuna gets punished because "the heavens" chose to penalize him later or not get punished because Yuji indeed didn't include himself in the vow, both make sense.

As a jujutsu practitioner who made posting jiujitsu highlights on social media popular. This is kinda interesting. The social media algorithm is notorious for flagging and taking down violent fights but a loop hole I discovered early on was the social media algorithm DOES NOT consider jiujitsu wrestling and “submissions” as fights. People are forgetting how binding vows between two people work. It's a contract. The "hurt" part depends on how Yuji and Sukuna perceive hurt at that moment, not what others consider hurt. For example, if my sister flicks me in the head, neither me nor my sister consider it as hurting me, but if I did that to her, it's different.

Here’s my intensive take on sukanas CT, if we are to go back to the panel where sukana v jogo - when sukana pulled out fuga out of the blackbox jogo stated ‘I thought sukana CT was slashing and slicing everything’ which sukana then replied ‘I won’t cheat & reveal my CT’ directly stating that slices aren’t his true ability, immediately writing off that concept in itself. Through out the JJK series we’ve seen sukana being able to pull out a few techniques up his sleeve out of nowhere E.G hollow wicker basket even during that panel we see an individual who has never been introduced to the series or manga not once, my take is that this was perhaps some sort of foreshadow/hint of an individual from the past. Which widens my take for speculation. I do think his curse technique does go Abit further than just copying or even storing - perhaps maybe Conquering or even taking abilities and being able to use that at a level way higher than the individuals he has taken the abilities E.G megumi & his 10 shadows - it’s literally been stated that none of the previous 10 shadow users were able to tame mahoraga, then here sukuna comes along as uses him to his full potential, not even just that but he was able to do things that have been unheard of such as merging the 10 shadows

Physical harm. If someone went unconscious because lack of air by sleeper hold or suffocation, as long as there isn't marks brusing ect, it wouldn't be considered harming (this could also depend on Yujis perception as harm in regards to how someone like sukuna would normally act i.e injuries) Forcefully feeding a finger to megumi, is also on a technically as it seems it went down easily and making someone to swallow even while unconscious wouldn't be difficult or painful for some people and is used in hospitals.

Probably not. Enchain was a one-time use, and if even if it wasn't, if Kenjaku is any indication, Sukuna switching to Megumi's body nullified the Binding Vow anyway, meaning Sukuna can't use Enchain again.
