O....M....F....G. Thanks bro. Only just tried this one. Have been doing the 15 min arch and flatten as much as possible. But this I can do anywhere, anytime. So quick and easy and it helps so very well. A deeply felt gratitude once again. I really do think this type of exercise could save the world my brother 🙏

i was doing one on my stomach,then i rolled to my back then your sitting ones popped on, so i did it while lying on back, i thought , it seemed to help, then, but, now its tense again., i hope to be able to do it sitting ,before i go to bed!.

Yes always helpfull my ribs still a little sore it being helped relieving tensions, little by little, learning patience is hard for me. Colm have you done a video for the wrist pain tension , i am also the tensions under my upper arm might be. the upper back effecting the right side of the wrist.?

Like your style straight forward, i do dr coopers ones aswell but they are a bit like rocket science you think its necessary to concentrate on every contraction and stretch sensation like he does or will this just comne naturally over time

Hi, if you have an issue then yes in the beginning you need to pay close attention to the sensations so you can re-establish good voluntary control over your muscles. But really Somatics is simple. Make sure you can feel the muscles contracting, then relax slowly and smoothly. Pause at rest. Repeat until the relaxation phase is slow and smooth. Then move on.
