End results - Ex-Pressed Steel Floor Panels fitted - ready to finish

That is the floor pans in and welded up. The seat bases and other stress areas were left until last but kept fixed with the self drilling screws, there is a bit of flex in the screw holes as the holes were 6-8mm and the screws 3.5mm so it all settled very well.
Next to remove the screws and plug weld the apertures, a tedious job but still the bare metals "start" and slightly raised profile left by the self drilling screws lets you start the weld off on the right footing and the circular pool to finish is a pleasure.
Reckon another hour a side to finish and dress.
Inside seams look fine.
