Very informative video thank you. I had chronic eczema which doctors and derms prescribed cortisones that eventually worsened it and once infected had to take prednisone and antibiotics to clear it. Vicious cycle but following gut healing protocol and avoiding dairy helped clear it. I only get hints of a flare if I eat too much dairy now but I need to go back to being more disciplined since it’s worsened endo flares.
