Magnesium Bisglycenate is supposed to be good for smoothing out muscles, I've taken it for years, but I don't know that it's actually helping 🤔

Thanks for sharing this. I take multi vitamins but is it good to take these on top of? Just been told I have endo / pcos so being referred to gyna but lord these cramps & pains got to go 😩 I’d been taking Pro-Ven Women’s Lactobacillus With Cranberry in recent months as I thought it was UTI causing pains and it has helped me so much. So I’m wondering to try the other one now!

Have you tried endovan? I havnt but am thinking about it. I have tried most of these vitamins. It is better than if I dnt take them but I am still in extreme pain. Its very hit and miss. I recently cut dairy and eggs and greatly reduced my meat and pms and aches and pains of endo throughout the month when Im not in my period is tons better almost gone. But my cycle is still super irregular and long like 35-52 days between periods and when it starts....oh 😭. So still looking....

Hi sis! Do you have Amazon? If so, that will be your best bet. If not, go to your local drugstore and ask them for the vitamins. If they don’t have them, they should be able to order them for you. Let me know if this helps!
