Since taking high strength vitamin d tablets (4,000 iu) everyday for two months, I have had two pain free periods and believe me when I say I have suffered for years with endometriosis and ovarian cysts. I haven’t had to take any pain medication at all I actually can’t believe it. Years of Doctors appointments , specialists referrals, numerous scans, birth control failures that gave me depression and insane mood swings , zoladex implant (which put me into menopause for 6 months) and several different pain medications. I really hope this helps someone who is living with unbearable periods.

@@veronicacaurence just vitamin d any brand is fine but go for high strength. A multi vitamin would have the recommended daily allowance too so this would be ok also

@@universezero2590 hi!! I got the book she speaks about in this video and I have been taking all the vitamins listed in there (apart from zinc, because I can’t find the right one in the uk) so I cannot pin point which is helping the most, I know magnesium is making a big difference though! Cutting out wheat has really helped me too. Have you tried any natural remedies?? I’m wanting to try acupuncture 🤔

Dr Asiakale you are indeed God sent, I usually have a very painful flow ever since I was 17years old, I have tried using different drugs but the pains doesn't stop nor go, I have been living with it and managing with the pain each time my monthly circle comes but ever since last year December when I started using your herb the pains has been subsided and I feel better and comfortable each time my flows comes now. Thank you, am grateful and may God continue to bless and increase you. Amen!

Have you seen any difference w the black seed oil? I have considered it and I have read it is good for endo and antiinflamatory. I used to take fish oil then switched to algae omega 3 and accidentally ran out a month ago and have not replaced and Im a little worried it might affect me this upcoming cycle. My pain is almost gone due to multivitamin, no dairy, walking 10k steps most days, chlorophyll/acv, ginger turmeric cinnamon tea during my cycle and a mostly plant based diet, sort of Blue Zones style(9 mo in, each cycle a bit better than the last but took awhile). But I still get about an hours worth of strong pain the first day due to large clots and sore breasts from ovulation until period so I know I need a little more support. The main things that worked right away for any one reading was cutting dairy and walking 10k steps most days. I used to have extreme labor like pain for 10+ hours straight and I had to take a lot of ibuprofen that only took the edge of. Those were instant dramatic changes starting next cycle. The rest of the stuff ive done just makes it better and better.

@@Lanibluv I enjoy her Women’s multivitamin as a component in my supplement routine. I’ve found that her vitamins truly give me an overall increase of energy and feeling of balance. I always notice if I slipped on hers in comparison to others. I’ve used many other women’s multi vitamins and will stick with Anser for that component of my routine. Interested in her Digestive Comfort since I have bowel endo w/ tons of GI issues too. I’ve tried her beauty and have seen results but for the purpose of endo I like the multi vitamin.

The main issue with multi vitamins is they do not include the accurate measurements you need for each vitamin. If that makes sense so it’s usually low amounts
