A bit over 3 years ago you mentioned in a video about flight attendants essentials as your blue light blocking glasses being one of your essentials. Apparently you were getting headaches as well as eye strain when on your phone. As a retired optician you had symptoms of needing more than just non-prescription blue light blocking glasses. Headaches can often be caused by astigmatisms or nearsightedness or both. Being a flight attendant I would think they might require eye exams as part of a physical checkup? When did you last have your eyes checked?
