The whole cooking process took exactly an hour and 4 minutes. Was watching his timer on the stovetop. That way I can tell when he put each seasonings and cooking time. Looks good and delicious!

It would be better if you use a wider pot. There is no shame for Ethiopian men to cook. I've been cooking for 38 years which started in Sudan and now in the USA . I'm not only cooking all Ethiopian stews, but also I'm making Injera with 100% Teff. I would like to congratulate you for sharing your cooking method.
