Thank you Gyandev! I know many SFR students are finding it helpful to practice along side your video in the mornings. 🙏🏽❤️

When I was doing this exercise it was as if I could see Guru Paramahansa Yogananda doing the exercise with Gyandev. Paramahansa’s body was overlayed over Gyandev’s body.

Thank you for this upload! I have been following Guruji since a long time but it was quite difficult to keep up with energization exercises. Lately i needed it the most, and with this video it has become so easy, I'm doing it daily now, along with u. Thanks a lot again, great work 🥺🌸

Thank you but should this be shared publicly?
@AnandaWorldwide Жыл бұрын
Hi Charles, yes, this can be beneficial for many people, and Yogananda didn't put restrictions on these exercises.

I just found this video and I thought it is great Although I read below the comments about keeping it a secret and only for the community of the fellowship. Isn’t the path to Self Realization inclusive and not exclusive? Otherwise I think the Master would not have shared it in America. And he did. And now it’s in America and it’s only for the members? I respect if your community’s rules dont allow these “tips” to help one with Realization. It’s your privilege. Just got curious. Thank you for sharing though.

Too fast as is the instruction. Slow it down for people to follow stage by stage, as suggestion.

Hi Sol luna, this version is for people who already know the practice. Here is a slower version for beginners: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bWHRn4qfjLWjmJI

I thought this was supposed to be confidential information for only subscribers to the self realisation fellowship community
@AnandaWorldwide Жыл бұрын
These exercises can benefit everyone - one doesn't need to be a disciple to practice them. Yogananda taught these exercises everywhere he went, to a broad audience. They are the foundation for several advanced techniques which come later - some of those require an initiation.
@emmateachesyoga2103 Жыл бұрын
@@AnandaWorldwide I know this but the Self realisation fellowship/Yogoda Satsang Society founded by Yogananda keeps this information as private and confidential and only for those who have subscribed to the lessons. I cannot honestly say if this is at the request of Yogananda-ji or not
@AnandaWorldwide Жыл бұрын
@@emmateachesyoga2103 That's a good question. When Yogananda was alive he wasn't that "private and confidential" about these exercises, so we try to follow his example. We believe he wanted his teachings to be as widely available as possible, as they can help everyone who practices them. It's different, of course, for the higher meditation techniques and Kriya, which require an initiation.

@@emmateachesyoga2103 Good point Emma. Its not very clear for me also what should I share and what I shouldnt about Kriya Yoga as taught in the lessons. In the SRF lessons its explicit that one should not share this knowledge as if its basic knowledge...

@@xenay621 Hi Xenay1 :) well I do talk to my close friends about it because I love the message, and I don't think they would share that info further. I hope you are enjoying the path! I have to say, now I'm sticking to the daily meditation the feelings are very powerful and good :)
