Obviously a very healthy snack for adults and kids. Normally we don't add chia seeds bcos it can't be taken raw and without soaking. Nice video dear.

Thanks dear, chia seeds can be taken raw without soaking only thing is if taken raw it won't give u the full filling feel which helps u in weight loss. But no harm in taking it without soaking. When taken after soaking it makes u full and will not feel hungry for long hours.

Hi recipe seems to be good and highly nutritious but I have some doubts can we have chia seeds without soaking and flax seeds can we keep it long after grinding , if am not wrong flax seeds powdered loose it’s nutrient value when oxidized, hence should be consumed at the earliest

Hi, I'm not keeping it for long. Maximum by 2 weeks it's finished me & my husband, kids all snacks it. And u can see flax seeds are just crushed not powdered. Chia seeds can be taken without soaking only thing is if taken raw it won't give u the full filling feel which helps u in weight loss. If u have it after soaking it makes u feel full so that u can avoid taking too much food.
