What would you say are some of the ingredients that contribute to a long and happy life? 🤔

Healthy living, finding joy and purpose in each new day. A thankful heart helps too. Also being one with nature, loving family and friends, and continuing to learn each new day! Being productive and living life to the fullest are prime. Simplicity and humbleness too.

Congratulations on being on Sky Simon. Gratitude and smile, absolutely. I would add "being with people who love and respect you" and also "having a purpose in life bigger than you."

@@HR02 great question. So my purpose is working for my family, to serve my clients and give more to charity. It's not about me, it's about them

Good one yeah but you can work on your purpose too so when you in a better position you can help like for me if i put in effort on what I love later on I can help my family on money and much more

I just got your book! Thank you for your videos. I am excited about the book. A decade ago I moved east from the southwest where I thrived on 10 mile hikes on Saturdays. I grew up hiking in Northern California. Now I live in hot humid heat and miss hiking and being out in nature. I work long hours in finance and miss my life in the southwest and in California. My life’s path has taken a different path and I hope your book will show me how to renew my energy. Interesting, my mom’s immigrant ancestor grandmother was stabbed and left in the forest to die. Natives found her and she lived to 112. Its all about choice and what we do with our lives.

I think 3 groups have long life: 1. some political man in high position 2. pp who live in villages with simple mindset 3. some religious leaders. Thanks dear Simon ❤

Hey Simon, What camera set up do you use?

Hey Matt! This was taken from my interview on Sky News but for my usual videos with me speaking to camera, I use a Sony DLSR camera with alternative lens to the kit one provided.
