终于脆了。 »记得一定要休息面糊至少45分钟 »记得要小火, »抹得很薄很薄哦, 抹走多余面糊直到不能再抹为止才算薄,看影片详情。 »我的锅底是大约7英寸= 18cm。 »剩余面糊可盖保鲜膜放冰箱隔夜发酵,煎前轻盈搅拌面糊,成品更脆。 Finally crispy, »rmb must rest batter for at least 45minutes »rmb must use low heat, »spread till really really thin, I wipe off excess until I cant wipe anymore only considered as thin, see detail in video. »My frying pan bottom diameter is about 7inch=18cm »wrap leftover batter with plastic wrap store in fridge proof overnight, gently stir batter before frying, result even crispier

Doris Jauk I can testify that this is a good recipe. You should try it. Remember to start on very low heat when you spread the batter. After spreading , then you can turn up the heat a little . Best of luck.

I just tried out your recipe and made successfully made appam balik as per your detailed guide. Thank you for sharing this recipe. To those who are trying this out first time 1) rice flour is a must 2) use a bigger container to allow the batter to rise, if you intend to keep in the fridge overnight 3) LOWEST heat is a must.....patience is required for good appam balik 4) her tip of spreading the batter as thin as possible is a must follow tip

如果倒入锅里的面糊不去抹薄來煎的話,那就是🇮🇩的MARTABAK MANIS 了,此款PAN CAKE只有边缘很脆,内餡是碎煎花生仁、巧克力米、砂糖、煉乳,抹上奶油。也有的是只有刨CHEESE,👍👍👍很好吃😋😊😊

Thanks for this video. I always like thin ban Jian Kue. Especially Indonesian version. It has peanut, chocolate, sesame seeds and butter. A bit different from Singapore’s or Malaysia’s.

hello 请问你那水300ml 是等于多少克呢?我用三个不同的量杯量出来的300ml都都不一样导致我的面糊要么太水要么太浓,太水的发酵后还是很水弄再薄也不脆,太浓的就很难弄薄也变得不脆,所以建议你在给食谱时也以公克写出重量以方便所有人使用谢谢
