That's cause he's been living in STGR. Just like Nazupi. Edit: This channel doesn't allow me to leave more than 1 comment, so here's what I typed: @mohammedhilal3993 STGR is a permanent GTA roleplay server that is pretty hardcore. It is run by Shobosuke who started the server inspired by Nopixel and he decided to do that with his Amongus group. After GTA VCR the server became pretty famous and lot of streamers from Nijisanji, Crazy Raccoon to former idols and most famously Nakamura Yuuichi (VA for Satoru Gojo) started playing. In fact a lot of regular people from the japanese FPS sphere had been sucked in that world like Shaka, Selly, Mondo, CPT, Yufuna, Nqrse, Vanilla and ofcourse Giruru. Giru himself has been roleplaying as Kay/o with a voice distorter in that server and has joined up with Radao and been getting pretty much a lot of viewers because of this. And this time Giruru is a participant in Hal's new Valorant tournament so he had to get some reps in. And his Valorant tournament is full of STGR players like GocchanMikey, Light and Zuzu. It has also been jokingly called a STGR tournament. BTW As far as Kamito and Hinano goes they won't ever play STGR. They like watching the clips, but as far as roleplaying goes they aren't interested. And STGR is infamous for having a lot of crazy viewers that go harras people when they see something they don't like.
