老師，您好～ 我想要請問我照著您的影片做了這個荔枝慕斯蛋糕，但慕斯冰了3小時（8分凝固樣）、荔枝液1小時（完全沒凝固樣）後也都不很凝固😅 即便我把荔枝液倒出來再加吉利丁、即便我重新製作了一次荔枝液也還是不很凝固，請問是為什麼？ 還有蛋糕拿出來室溫不到5分鐘，微凍的荔枝凍就塌了😭 還有荔枝液過篩了也還是好多泡泡，請問老師以上這一切是為什麼呢？ 等候您的回覆，先謝謝您哦～

可能你的吉利丁不行，我用的是beef gelatin powder，建议你换个牌子试试
