Last month i can only do it for 30 seconds but now i can do it for 45 seconds and my legs looks pretty thin now . I'll keep on doing this exercise , even though i already achieved the result that i wanted. ありがとうせんせい!❤️🇵🇭🇯🇵 If you really want something, Save your tears and dont give up! Just keep on going ❤️

Been working on this slow one for a week, and i skipped some parts, because I felt a burn on front of my thighs and pelvis. I tried putting a towel under my pelvis and this worked great! I did all today😊

@@consolati 😁Much better! Since I had enormously fatty legs, like elephant!:‑X Now my legs are longer, more straight, more fit! And the best part is that my skin got silky! Anyway I still need to lose more!😁

I 've visited this channel recently and it made me feel like I'm gonna change my daily routine or maybe life in general so I plan to start training after I recover (after surgery). The thing is, I've been doing a lot of other KZbin training, but it hasn’t helped. So I hope I can do it here on this channel. Well, have a good journey in our lives and achieve our desired goals.

Taking a break on 2:55 because I'm already feeling like my legs are on fire. I'll try to slug through the video to the best of my ability and edit the comment to tell if I managed Edit: I took several breaks along the way, and my legs weren't as perpendicular to my torso, and there were other flaws, but I did it. I'll keep doing it daily (or as close to daily as I can) and hope that I'll sometime be able to repeat it as yuuka-sensei Update: I have been doing it a day-on and a day-off, and it seems to have gotten slightly easier. I have noticed that my legs don't bend further than perpendicularly to my torso, which is strange how I hadn't noticed it before.
