1ヶ月半前から1日1回(できない日もあり)やっています。継続している腸活や食事制限と併用ですが、秋の食欲でついてしまった横肉(掴める脂肪)が適度なところまで落ちて、ずっと欲しかったくびれまで出来ました。他の動画も試したのですが効果がわからず、こちらの動画だけ初日筋肉痛になりました。私の体には合っていたようです。ありがとうございます😊

To be real with everyone, I've been doing this for 5 months straight. I'm not even joking. I FINALLY HAVE "THE PERFECT" waist. It's actually so perfect I wear tight tops confidently. It took 5 months though😭😭😭well along with 40 minutes cardio but yeah. Don't give up I guess.❤

もう一つの腰肉を落とす動画(in 2week)の方の2つを毎日続けてやっていきました。正直、2週間では目に見えた成果が出ずに、やめようかとも思いましたが、今日で27日目になります。 目に見えてわかるようになったのは20日を過ぎたあたりからで、そこからはいっきに落ちてゆきました。 今まで何をやっても痩せなかったのにビックリです、1ヶ月ぶりにあった友達に「何か、痩せたね。」と言われたのは嬉しかったです。因みに、おやつは250kcal以内というマイルールを作って、ほぼほぼ毎日食べていました。 途中、ちょっぴりだけ疑ってしまってすみません。きっと人によって個人差があるのですね。

The workout was so fun to do, it hardly burned but the NEXT DAY DOING IT AGAIN!!! I could feel the muscles had been used, it burned. I feel like my waist is already smaller and my love handles have already toned up and gotten smaller 🤩

I love all your workouts, I been working out every-day 1.5hours using diff sets and I lost weight from 65kg to 60kg. I cannot do the leg split like you, I wish one day I can achieve that. Ty so much

@@babitabains8841 hmm diet wise i didn't touch any bubble tea or sweet stuff and even cut down on eating KFC. For dinner wise, I eat very little rice but with more veg.. Sometimes for lunch I would take 2 hard boil eggs with 2 bananas with water or milk. I didn't really follow a strict diet but less carbo intake ba.

@@babitabains8841 alittle bit if I'm on vegeterian days but still can endure. Maybe u can try making salad with the thail sauce (vegan) which u can find in supermarket.

This workout is probably one of my favorites! I'm not a beginner to working out but this is very beginner and non-beginner friendly which I love! いつも寝転がってする腹筋やくびれ運動は苦手で、効いてる感覚がないのですが、これを初めてやった時、翌日すごく筋肉痛になって筋肉を使えている感覚があって嬉しかったです🥰 頑張って継続しよう!

Día 1- fue fácil todo bien hasta el momento Dia 7- ha estado bien, me gusta mucho la rutina💕 Auto like para no desaparecer jskskd Dia 8- reduci 2 centimetro de cinturaa, me gusta demasiado esta rutina Dia 9- estoy mucho mas desinchadaa :3 Lo estoy volviendo a hacer Medidas: Brazo: 31cm sobre pecho: 91cm Pecho 95cm Debajo del pecho 82 cm cintura 72 cm 15-06-21 completado 17-06-21 completado me encanta esta rutina me relaja mucho 18-06-21 Completado, como les explico que es una de las mejores rutinas que eh encontrado hasta ahora 19-06-21 completado, por poco y no lo hago jsjs esta vez si estoy decidida a hacerlo hasta ver resultados 20-06-21 completado estoy sintiendo mucho el trabajo en el abdomen aun que no se nota tanto en la talla, estoy muy feliz !! 21-06-21 Completadooo Estoy muy feliz!! 22-06-21 completadooo!! 23-06-21 Completadoo 24-06-21 Completadoo 25-06-21 Completadoo 26-06-21 Completadoo 27-06-21 descanso 28-06-21 Completadoo 29-06-21 completadoo 01-07-21 completadoo 02-07-21 descanso 03-07-21 completadoo No lo hice varios días por que eh estado organizando varias cosas, donde también me hice una rutina donde ya no entra este video, igual aquí les dejo mis medidas. brazo ahora :28-29 cm antes 31-32 cm sobre el pecho ahora: 88 cm antes : 91cm pecho ahora :92 cm antes: 95cm bajo del pecho ahora :77cm antes: 82cm cintura ahora: 70 cm Antes :72cm Igual lo recomiendo mucho

4日前から始めました。 少しずつ動かせるようになり嬉しいです。 左の腕の粉砕骨折や左小指の関節内骨折など、重症を経験し、体の筋肉のバランスが悪いので、少しでも整えれたらなぁと思います。

I've been doing many workout from this channel for 4 months now. It's very effective for me even though I only did it for 20-30 minutes/day or at least 150 minutes/week with 2-3 days rest. I don't like heavy exercise so this really help me. Thank you

Day 1: im having fun since it doesnt hurt my knees and neck. So i did the whole exercise twice. Day 2: My whole body aches but I feel great mentally. no visible changes can be seen yet. Day 3: its getting easier and i woke up with less body sore today. still not visible changes. I think i need to repeat the workout 3 times. Day 4: sorry i didn’t do this workout today because i tried her other video that focuses on another part of a body + i did zumba. tomorrow ill start doing this video again. i think its necessary for me to try more than one workout thats why.

I do these on my breaks at work and my goodness does it help! I sit behind a desk for 8 hours a day and I could feel my body start to breakdown and my bones and muscles becoming concrete and painful. This has even helped my arthritis in my knees. What a lovely health fairy Yuuka is! Thank you!

腰肉腹回りを落としたくてこちらの動画に辿り着きました😊 上半身が硬くてゆったりした動きでも中々きついですが伸びているねじれている部位を一つ一つ意識しながら頑張れました❤ 2か月後の健康診断にはどんなくびれが出来てくれるか楽しみです😊

昨日、このエクササイズと、もうひとつ腹筋のエクササイズを続けてしたら、今日腰上のマフィントップが筋肉痛です。ということは効いているようなので、頑張って続けてみます。ありがとうございます。

буду делать на протяжении 14 дней. Вес с утра 44.4 рост 157-159 скажу сразу у меня рпп. 1 день- поела с утра 2 тоста жаренного хлеба с черри и 3 ломтиками огурца. Сделала упражнения для осанки на обед было мучное.....мама приготовила рогалики , заставили съесть 2 штуки,запила это все чаем б/с. позже сделала упражнения для ягодиц и этот комплекс (на видео) вечером съела опять рогалик...очистилась.., сделала опять этот комплекс. ( надеюсь не потеряю комментарий) 2 день- встала в 12.. выпила стакан воды,поела два тоста с кремом (из творожного сыра с сах.пудрой) сделаа в 15:00 этот комплекс и + тренировку для осанки 4 день- с утра поела тост с огурцами и кофе сделала этот комплекс обед макароны с сосисками сделала упражнения для осанки с утра вес был 43.5

Day 1 - done ✅ waist: 66 cm/26 inches high hip: 82 cm/32 inches weight: 59 kg/130lb Day 2 - done ✅ feeling a little sore and swollen today Day 3 - done ✅ and not feeling sore anymore Day 4 - done ✅ 3 days ❌ Day 8 - done ✅ (twice)

Excelente, rutina como siempre son agradables y te proporciona tranquilidad al momento de hacer estos ejercicios después de Tabata, cardio o quieres ejercicios de cintura sin necesidad de máquinas y de extensas rutinas que te estresan. Bendiciones 😇🙏

Omg, es de las pocas rutinas que siento que en verdad se trabaja :). Me va ayudar mucho está rutina, no sé por qué pero siempre que me enfermo bajo como 1 kilo en cuesta de horas, y me cuesta mucho ganar peso, pero con esta pandemia y por estar sentada más de 8 horas por las clases ya se me hizo barriga :c y casi no tengo tiempo de hacer ejercicio, está rutina me viene súper bien. Gracias por hacerla

Mình không thể tin nổi, bài tập này có vẻ nhẹ nhàng nhưng nó lại vô cùng hiệu quả nha, sau 1 ngày tập thì tui đau ngay chỗ thắt eo quá trời

Well first day while doing it may not be painful but later it hurts on both the sides but this is for the first day only ( or much more 2 days ) then you'll not find any pain while doing it regularly so please don't stop

Guyz!! U can do all exercises of yuuka without any hesitation bcow the result is awesome I was 65 when i started doing workout now im 56 and keep going with yuuka my height is also getting elongated and the face is also looking slim after doing face exercises Lots of luv for yuuka and make more vdeos for specific parts keep smiling, keep glowing ❤❤ Lots of love from india🇮🇳🥰

I love this! It didn't hurt my back or neck like most ab workouts do and I am still feeling the burn a couple days later. Would love more standing abs workouts from you!!

Oh I want to get rid of back fat and love handles bad but a lot of exercises don't feel helpful in actually working my back muscles and make me uncomfortable when laying on my ribs
