Baked this yesterday! This recipe is brilliant. Have never had such a soft and moist whole wheat bread before!
The dough is very very sticky for me to handle but the outcome is so satisfying. Super moist and fluffy bread. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe :)
Hi, during the final fermentation after shaping, my dough has two large bubble on the surface, may I know what could be the reason?

Thank you for this wonderful recipe! I was able to bake it successfully. My question is if I double the recipe and bake them into 2 loaf pans, do I need to adjust the baking time? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

It depends on your oven. As long as it’s temperature does not drop drastically when baking large batch of food, it’s fine to use the same temperature and time. Otherwise, increase the temperature a little bit

i would suggest you freeze it first to make it easier to cut
