In western kitchens and especially the french kitchen there is nothing more important than a good stock for producing great tasting sauces, soups, ragout, fillings, etc. etc. etc. No matter if vegetable, chicken, beef, lamb, ... - stock, a rich and flavorful stock (also called bouillon, soup base, broth) is the best starting point for a delicious meal. Beef stock is one of the most basic stocks, easy to make and often rather cheap as beef bones are affordable to buy in the market. In this video, I will teach you a classic beef stock that can easily be frozen for future use in many other recipes.
A hint: Next recipe I will teach you some steak sauces...better keep some delicious beef stock ready. ;)
