I used to do the allowance thingy with some of my friends who liked to spend money anyhow. I talked about saving and they either kept some with me weekly or monthly n then I gave them weekly. When I started to work, some colleagues would give me to keep rather than the bank cause they just spent it all. By the way, Don't give your money to anyone. These days, you wont find integrity in the trash. You'll literally have to dig d ground for it just to find trust worthy people .
