Our protagonist was minding his business when Gaben gave Engi the ultimatum, that Engi would need to auto-balance to red team or he could Alt+F4. Engi felt he had no choice but Red, however, Engi cannot bring himself to fight his former team, asking himself “Have I truly become Red” and so he decides to be friendly and emote as a way to still retain some control over his actions, however, his former friends now look at him with disdain. Powerful stuff man
