In todays video I am going to be showing you some engineering sketching tips that will be perfect for young beginner engineers. I am going to be talking about why sketching is a really useful and powerful communication skill to learn and improve on. It wasn't something that was emphasised during my studies but is something I've felt becomes more and more useful during my career. I will show you some tips that can help you sketch better.

Enjoying your videos. Been using Concepts for a few months now and find it excellent though Android users should be aware that the Android version of the App is currently some way behind iOS . I use the PRO Version of Concepts on iPad Air 2 with a capacitive pen and it works just fine

Can you use the squares for a scale, is there a way to draw to a particular scale in Concepts.

There is a scale setting which you can set and there is an option to show the length of a line as you draw it. I will be doing a video on the concepts app in the next few days. So stay tuned.
