Hi Julian, are you using this on a tube amp? I have tube amps but normally can't use amp head without speakers as it will blow it, is it why it's used in stand-by mode? Keep up the excellent kit. Ian

Hi Ian, Well the Invader is a Tube amp. So this is how it goes. The Cabloader has an Input and an Thru Output Send. Your FX Send of the Amp is going into the input and if you want to send the signal like it is back, than take a cable of the thru to the return of the FX Loop of your Amp. The Cab always is connected like usual, even in this video. Otherwise you can damage the amp, but this is with every tube Amp Head. Then you can deside like me to turn of the Standby, which means no sound is coming out of the cab and you can take one of the several Outputs for example Phones for Headphones, Line Out with XLR etc. for maybe a PA Systeme or your Interface.
