posting my old DIY Spark Plug Replacement for 2016 Acura RDX
Straight forward process and shouldn't run into any surprise
You can get either NGK or Denso spark plugs.
you find these parts at local auto parts store
NGK - ILZKR7B11
DENSO - SXU22HCR11
Gap-0.044
get pre-gapped parts so you don't have to deal with it
Spark Plug lubricate is unnecessary but I got it so it can easily be taken out of ignition coil next time.
do not apply anti-seize on spark plug thread! they're already anti-seized thread already! (ask auto parts rep if you're not sure)

We have a 2016 Odyssey with a similar engine configuration. You're right, it is do-able to get to the back three, you just need to take your time and use swivel sockets and an articulating ratchet to get the correct angles. I found placing a blanket across the top of the engine to be helpful because I leaned on it with my elbows to support my body and sort of almost laying flat on my stomach over top of the engine and just get the three ignition coils and plugs out 1, 2, 3.

I put a small amount of "Never-Seize" on the spark plug threads. Broken lock tabs are a common problem on wiring ends due to the heat drying out the plastic. Some can be repaired with ziplock ties but usually the end must be replaced to avoid the wire disconnecting and causing an engine miss that is bad for the catalytic convertor.

Mine was anti-seize lubricated already but good to check or apply very small amount is good idea as well

Is it a big deal if connector won't clip back on and stays un-clipped because a little plastic tab inside it broke off while it was removed? Is it ok to leave like that or it needs to be replaced?

As long as connector keep in contact, it should be fine. Otherwise i would replace it

How many miles you do replace the spark plugs?
