I made potato salad, with garden potatoes, green olives, tomatoes, chives, mayonnaise and seed mustard.
Grilled red peppers, zucchini and eggplant brushed with olive oil, garlic and salt.
Barbecued meat kebabs (spiedini) from the local butcher
Apple and chicory salad from Fame da Lupo
Mozzarella grilled on lemon leaves.
We ate at the Africano beach bar in Nerano and then took the walk to the Baia di Ieranto. If you do this please wear proper shoes and take water with you!

The mozzarella on the lemon leaves is hands down my favorite thing I have when there - when the oil from the leaves seeps into the melted mozzarella it is heaven on a plate😍...We (U.S.) don't have lemon leaves large enough to do this....

I love seeing the food preparation, as well as your dining out in restaurants. One of the best things about Italy is the food so please continue to include cooking and dining out in your videos. We have some very scenic walking trails in our community , but the paths you have in Positano are just fabulous! I really want to visit the Amalfi coast one day. We had a surreal moment in Positano about a week ago. My husband and I came to stay for a week. The very first evening we were standing on the dock at the central beach. We turned around and here is Nicki, Carlo and a friend getting of the boat and walking past us! I almost stepped forward to say how I love your channel, but decided not to be intrusive and do it here instead. We never heard about Positano before stumbling on your channel. You really do live in a magical place, Nicki! I love watching you making food and sharing it with your friends, and the wonderful food when you dine out, so don't worry about that, Carlo! The wildflowers everywhere when you're out walking are just beautiful, so many different sorts! I have roses very similar to your Seven Sisters, but I know them as Rambler Roses. They grow wild around here, they are the only remains of some of the old settlers' gardens, no houses left, just roses sprawling across banks and roadsides in the early summer. I love them, but they don't bloom for long, and need to be cut back every year or they can take over!

My family and I adored our time in Nerano at the camping ground in 2015. I have fond memories of walking up to the village above and buying fresh fruit from the grocer who was playing beautiful opera music. Heal well Holly. My dog had the same problem earlier this year. He too would stand still with the collar on until we cut it back just enough to stop him licking his wound but enough to stop it catching on the ground. Thank you for taking us with you through your day. Your hike outside Nerano was beautiful. I am continuously impressed at Holly's intrepid nature as she accompanies you on your walks. Carlo's diving into the ocean anywhere, at anytime is also so enjoyable. We should all be able to do that! Finally, regarding food... all I have to say is: YES!

While I always enjoy seeing the day trips to other interesting places near Positano my initial draw to this lovely Channel was episodes similar to this one…lovely garden shots, learning/cooking yummy looking food diff from my own ( bbq mozzarella on lemon leaves) and a walk with stunning views and Carlos awesome drone footage. Please don’t ever worry about not talking, sometimes the footage just speaks for itself. Also the music on the hike was so relaxing and beautiful for the scenes.❤
