Hi Praveen, I think we should stop addressing christians and Muslims in Kerala as minorities anymore. It is factually incorrect.... They both have substantially huge number of population. Lets try to reserve the term minority to some really needed and deserved tribes or clans if any.

Actually the tribal people, non creamy layer SC,ST people, LGBTQ+ people, Athiests and physically challenged should be entitled for minority status.The term religious minority should be deleted and substituted by minority only.Good observation ❤

ബിജെപിക്ക് മുസ്ലിം MP മാർ ഇല്ല അത്രേ. എങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാവും. ? 2 കാര്യങ്ങൾ ആണ് ഇതിൽ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടത്. 1. മുസ്ലിം ഭൂരിപക്ഷമുള്ള മലപ്പുറത്ത് ബിജെപി സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥി ആയി നിർത്തിയ മുൻ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി വൈസ് ചാൻസിലർ ആയിരുന്ന Dr അബ്ദുൽ സലാം സാറിനെ പോലെ ഉള്ള ഒന്നാന്തരം കഴിവുള്ള മനുഷ്യരെ ഹറാം ആണെന്ന് മുദ്ര കുത്തി തോല്പിച്ചത് ഈ പറഞ്ഞ മുസ്ലിം സമൂഹം തന്നെ അല്ലെ.? എന്നിട്ട് അവർ ജയിപ്പിച്ചത് ആരെ ആണ് ? നല്ല ഒന്നാന്തരം വർഗ്ഗീയ പാർട്ടി ആയ മുസ്ലിം ലീഗിനെ. 2. ഭരണഘടന പറയുന്നത് അനുസരിച്ചു മതപരമായി സീറ്റ് സംവരണം ഇല്ല. അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള ഓഫർ പോലും ഭരണഘടനക്ക് എതിരാണ്. ബിജെപി ഇലക്ഷനിൽ സ്ഥാനാർഥിയെ നിർത്തുന്നത് അവരുടെ മെറിറ്റിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ആണ്. ഇ ശ്രീധരൻ ആയാലും ജേക്കബ് തോമസ് ആയാലും Dr അബ്ദുൽ സലാം ആയാലും അത് മതം നോക്കി അല്ല. ഭരണഘടനയും ജനാധിപത്യവും വിട്ട് ജാതിയും മതവും നോക്കി പണവും ഫ്രീ ഓഫർ സംസ്‍കാരവും വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തു ഇന്ത്യൻ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് സംവിധാനത്തെ മലിനമാക്കിയത് കോൺഗ്രസ്സും മറ്റുള്ളവരും ചേർന്നാണ്. ബിജെപി അതിനെതിരാണ്. #ModiKiGuarantee

കേരളത്തിലെ സിപിഐഎം എന്ന പാർട്ടിയെ പറ്റി പറയാൻ ഒരുപാട് വിമർശനങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്... ഹലാൽ വിഷയത്തിൽ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ പ്രതികരണം തന്നെ നോക്കിയാൽ മതി.. 'ഹലാൽ എന്നാൽ കഴിക്കാൻ കൊള്ളാവുന്നത്' എന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയൻ ഒരിക്കൽ പറഞ്ഞതിൽ തന്നെ വളരെ evident ആണ് കമ്യൂണിസ്റ് പാർട്ടിയുടെ പ്രീണന സ്വഭാവം. Atleast അതൊരു മതത്തിൻ്റെ ഭക്ഷണം ആണ് ആ മതം follow ചെയ്യുന്നവർ കഴിച്ചോളൂ എന്നെങ്കിലും പറയാമായിരുന്നു.. പക്ഷേ ഇസ്ലാം മത വിശ്വാസികളുകളുടെ വോട്ട് പോവും എന്ന പേടി കൊണ്ടോ, അവരെ polarize ചെയ്തു വോട്ട് സമാഹരിക്കാൻ ഉള്ള തന്ത്രം ഉള്ളിൽ ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് ആണോ എന്നറിയില്ല... വളരെ നിരാശ തോന്നിയ ഒരു പ്രതികരണം ആയിരുന്നു. സെക്കുലർ ആയി ഒരു മതത്തിനും പ്രത്യേക പരിഗണന കൊടുക്കാതെ നിൽക്കേണ്ട ഇടത്ത് ഒരു CMൻ്റെ ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്ന് ഇത് ഒട്ടും acceptable അല്ലാത്ത statement ആയിരുന്നു.

താങ്കൾക്ക് ഒരു വിവരവും ഇല്ല എന്ന് മനസ്സിലായി. സിപിഎം അണികൾ ജനിച്ചപ്പോൾ മുതൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് വിരുദ്ധരാണ്, അവർക്ക് ബിജെപി ഒരു കാലത്തും ശത്രു അല്ല. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് തെക്കൻ കേരളത്തിൽ. കാലിൻ്റെ അടിയിലെ മണ്ണ് ഒലിച്ചു പോകുന്നത് സിപിഎം കാർക്ക് വരെ മനസ്സിലായി, അപ്പോഴാണ് ഓരോ വിഡ്ഢിതവും എഴുന്നള്ളിച്ചു വരുന്നത്. ആദ്യം പോയി, ഓരോ വർഷവും കോൺഗ്രസിനും, ബിജെപിക്കും, സിപിഎം നും ഓരോ മണ്ഡലത്തിലും ഉള്ള വോട്ട് നോക്കൂ..ഗ്രൗണ്ട് ലെവൽ എന്താണ് എന്ന് പഠിക്കൂ.. എന്നിട്ട് കമൻറ് എഴുത്.. അപ്പൊൾ വായിക്കുന്ന ആളുകൾക്ക് എന്തെങ്കിലും പുതിയതായി പഠിക്കാൻ കഴിയും.
