What a fantastic version! Heavily "dramatised" compared to the original with some lovely additional harmonic touches dropped in from time to time. The phat equailsation on the bass and the bass drum is just perfect. Absolutely love the ending too.

I agree with comments below! Amazing, beautiful, melodious! Great vocals, lovely harmonies, lovely guitar and instrumentation with some great little embellishments, and lovely drums that carry the piece along at just the correct tempo. Great variation on the keyboard section at the end, but it is not complete, which is a shame as the Genesis original is just wonderful! Still, you are doing it the way you want to! sttgaegoaktd

Chanson que j'adore très bien modernisée, bravo. Juste le saxo... ça ne vaut pas le mellotron.

I thought i had seen "Entangled by Paul di'Anno... I couldn't believe it ! Then, i listened to the tune and there were no doubt : that wasn't the previous singer from Iron Maiden...

Entangled by Genesis is my all time favourite song. Mainly for the awesomely moving ending. It moves me to tears it's so beautiful. But this version absolutely destroys the ending. I should have known better than to listen to anything but the original. But we live and learn. I will never sully my ears with anything other than the original version on Trick of the Tail. I realise different people get different things from any song and if someone enjoys this good luck to them. From my point of view it's like trying to copy the Mona Lisa and changing it. A work of art should NOT be messed with and Entangled is truly a work of art.

Couldnt agree more. The nineties feel in the first 4 minutes is great, but then... Nonono... No wind instrument to cover the excellence of the mellotron. A true deception. Respect to the musicians though. I was a great try. ;)

What really would have been cool at the end of the saxophone solo was some screaming comfortably numb like guitar solo

Not bad, but a bit overcooked. It makes you appreciate Phil Collins' drumming even more.
