If an employee cannot adjust to it, as long as it doesn't amount to any violations, he/she can at best keep giving feedback to the management, or get separated and choose another option. What is unprincipled may not be so to the management; and if there is an issue, negotiate, reconcile or take to court. Shajan is doing a nonsense by widening the difference. Come, he should have tried to bring them together, right?
