Am supper happy for getting my request fulfilled...I lived there some yrs back but now am building my own house in Kenyatta rd...the reason behind many beds is that the workshop has a big display of the rest of the items,n the place thy utelize for jointly is where thy keep the beds at night.so when they open,thy have to put beds outside for them to create working space.❤

No 1: githurai is like entrance anybody who starts life first stage is githurai hata hao wengi wako umoja, kahawa, donholm etc they first came in githurai 2) live in githurai is much cheaper compared to other places 3)there so many opportunities kazi ni nyingi sana first time to see ladies working in mjengo 4) people are friendly

Yes, you said it land is scarce and so in high demand therefore we can only conclude even that road was forced to end prematurely by a grabber. Also the video shows some sections of the buildings encroachment into the road making it narrower.

Githurai is one the best places to do business in Mt Kenya. Mt Kenya loves Guthurai especially farmers from the countryside who get there 5am to sell fresh produce safely for decades. Busy 7 days a week . The town may need better infrastructure, Please do not call it ghetto. Lots of entrepreneurs have done very well from our very beloved town. Don't judge a book by its cover.

@@Villagetotowntv Actually the place you explored is Githurai Progressive, the mansion with murals used to be an infamous hospital (Sinai), beyond where you reached -Rubis petrol station- is continuous urban jungle called Mumbi. Mwihoko and Kiriri women university were about 3 kilometers away opposite KDF Armoury with the road continuing to join Eastern bypass, the main Githurai 45 township is on right hand side just after exiting Thika road and is called Mwiki, it was a ranch owned by Ngala Mwendwa running parallel to the rail road upto current Mwiki township of Nairobi county, fInally, the place is not dangerous at all, just phone snatchers around the bus stage.
