@@Genosis I just reloaded the game and used it as a container near the portal, then picked it up when empty.

All the furniture blueprints are new to me as is the trade rocket multiplier fuse. Glad they're adding new things! I believe Rarity was the quality of the items you find and Difficulty was linked to the number of vaults you can find as well as the overall complexity of the ship. At least you can deconstruct your flares. Some of the ships are just brutal and you need so many flares/explosives/cores/keys...

I will likely explore them more on a stream TBD, right now working on finishing the series so I can make room for a game that's backlogged at the moment. But yes, the portals is essentially a huge renewable resource. You can only make pulsar quartz. Pulsar quartz opens the basic portal. You can find more crystals in portal to open more valuable portals. Repeat. That way you are never stuck without crystals.

BTW, I've been told that cosmic quartz should go in a recycler instead of the ore extractor, but you're playing the experimental version, so I'm not sure.

Really? It indicates pretty clearly it's supposed to be for the ore extractor unless it's an unintended thing

As far as I know, the wrecks just get larger and more complicated, but the rewards are better as each rack has more vaults and there’s more wrecks per portal

Wouldn't it be better, instead of dropping a rover to store things, to make a container and put it on supply everything? The drones would come and get it right away that way

It’s similar, but the rover has the advantage of being an instant drop and can be placed where you cannot craft. Also, you can drive it around while it’s being emptied out, and the items that cannot be transported (fuses, chips, cosmetic items, etc), can be teleported at the rover station

Instead of a truck, build an extractor or whatever outside where you are exploring and dump anything in the output box, your minions will stash it for you?

you still have not explored the top of the wreck near your base. the portals stay open for as long as you want until you close it. so you can come and go several times.

For the most part, convenience to upgrade or cluster them for the enhancers. Now that I’m on the end tier of things, I’m just going to spread it out a bit

Gen maybe you should think about moving your ROCKET LAUNCHER PLATFORM over a little so it is not embedded in the BIODOME, just saying.
