A couple of months ago, I shared The Divine Mirror, a short contemplative meditation, to help you when you have a deep question about which you need some clarity. So many of you enjoyed this, I felt moved to share another one, using techniques that combine meditation and what Carl Jung calls active imagination.
Active imagination allows you to perceive the world outside of your own mental box by using and interacting with inner imagery to create experiences that can be very positive and powerful. I’ve used this approach for a long time to help me accomplish many things, from developing new educational programs to finding answers to questions that I haven’t been able to locate while doing research.
Once you’ve got the hang of it, I encourage you to practice these meditation techniques and get good at them. I can assure you that you'll find yourself much calmer and more clear-headed and more capable of solving challenges, plus you'll deepen your trust in your inner guidance system, your higher self and your soul.

Just recently I’ve been thinking about how amazing it would be to have a guided meditation by Paul. Can’t believe it became reality. I don’t know if it’s just me but whenever I hear your voice or if I’m listening to what you have to share I’m full of love, positivity and passion. There are so many bad things going on right now but you are changing the life of so many people to the better. Thank you for everything and for your guidance. We love you :)

I'm 38, first heard of Paul in 2014 or 2013, so it's been 8 years me starting to gradually implement his lessons to my life. And I can tell you with total authenticity, that for you to see the worth in Paul's teachings to the extent that you do, you are a remarkable individual with a lot of potential. Blessings for you, mate. Mikko.

I saw stationary reoccurring beautiful green lights constantly mirrored in the water. it then developed into a flying object. i seemed to follow this flying object, such that i left the cave. when this occurred a great sense of calmness came over me. I believe that these are metaphors for my strength of spirit and fortitude to endure and face anything. I think the flying object was a metaphor for my spirit being above, at ease and stoically accepting of some of the issues currently in my life, while the stationary green lights were a metaphor for my ability to remain unshaken, uncorrupted and to remain on the path. This was astounding, paul. Do you agree with my interpretation of the visions? I am 21 and I believe i am entering a new part of my life (the call to adventure).

Hi Paul, Thank you for your knowledge, entering into a healthy relationship with myself is something i'm just wading into. I have a couple questions for you - I have some issues with speaking and a stammer, especially when i feel I have something important to share. Do you have any insight on healing fears and wounds around our voices (or expressing ourselves)? I'm a sportsman, and sometimes question the validity of pursuing a sporting goal, which effects my performance and enjoyment - do you believe the pursuit of sporting achievement is valid/worthwhile in the modern world, considering the challenges mother earth is facing? Love and blessings, Tom

Hi, Rudolph Steiner developed a system of movement and speech therapy called Eurythmia; you may want to locate a Waldorf school book store, or go on Amazon and search for books/information on Eurythmia that offer self-help practices. One method I've found successful with speech impediments is to practice expressing yourself with your hands as you speak; think of how Italians animate their speech with their hands, or how a music conductor expresses the music with their hands. You can practice this by yourself as a form of self-help therapy. Being a sportsman is no different than going to a gym, yoga class, running, hiking, etc. Any means of engaging physical exercise, challenging, and growing yourself is always helpful to bring yourself to your full potential. Weak people don't have the energy needed to make positive changes in the world.... Love and chi, Paul Chek

Hey Paul, I followed along with your meditation. I as well have many psychic gifts. I learned many of mine through martial arts and fighting professionally world wide, it got me everything I wanted, but I step into the darkness and I destroyed everything I worked for. I was trapped and overtaken by darkness. There is more than meets the eye and we fight a battle of darkness and light, with its varying spectrums. I wish I could meet you one day, I hope we can connect. I need a teacher now.. Martial arts, manifestation, multi-dimensional traveling, telepathy, defeating people with your intentions, making more money through intention. Seing Auras, fighting through Auras.. Martial arts has opened me to all of this.. But I am to open, and I am doing my best with my life. I hope that I can meet you one day. And.. I am sure I will, either in this world or another. Cheers friend.

Dear Paul, I tried this and I didn't find the answer in that river mirror that I was looking for, but I will practise it more. One thing I must say is that at some point, towards the end of the experience as it pertains to your video, I started to get shaky literally in my mind. Had a feeling like I'm dizzy and I'm gonna fall in to this whirlwind or hurricane so to speak and lose my balance. Then I got scared of it akd opened my eyes, cause I thought I'm gonna literally LOSE IT. Can you please explain what that feeling might be and should I work through it? Much love.

I'm not sure if this is the right answer,but this came to me when I read your comment..it's possible your sense of self might not be that strong, you may have a lot of self doubt..i suggest doing some shadow work and just knowing who you are.

Paul quick question. I have been following you for some time now and have been living/loving the guidelines in your book How to Eat Move and be Healthy for close to 8 years and my vitality and health are through the roof. I also had your parasite and fungal dvds as well. But one thing I notice is about twice a year or so I get a craving for something akin to donuts or brownies and I allow myself to have it and I enjoy it (obviously a gluten free/healthier option) and throughout the year I enjoy some dark chocolate cause that craving is a little more frequent haha. But I wanted to know is it bad to have those treats ? And is there anyway to curb my cravings? Or is it natural/fine? Peace and love

Not Paul, but why should it be bad? Food, nutrition should not be qualified as good or bad. It is how you decide to use it for yourself. Now if you get a lot of enjoyment out of these seldom satisfactions and you really savor them, it might give you a lot of psychological benefits. Dont restrict yourself too much. Just live smart and be good to people and yourself.

Hi Paul, love your work and have been following for many years now. I have listened to all of your podcasts, most of them multiple times and found your knowledge to be so overarching and relatable. You seem to hit the nail on the head all the time. What I do want to ask is how does one become your personal client? I won't give you my life story here but I have had some very unique challenges and experiences and feel I need someone at your level to help me overcome certain challenges. Happy to discuss off line, but if you are open to a new client, please direct me to the best place to get in touch... Thanks and much love!

Hello, You can email my wife and business manager, Penny Crozier at penny@paulchek.com and she can give you my Zero Force Coaching package information. The only way I coach people is either through my Zero Force Coaching program, or I can be hired as a consultant by the hour (how many hours depends on the complexity of the problem and how much time I feel it will take to assess the situation, write a suggested plan for balancing/healing, and share that with the client by Skype or in person). I'm glad you are enjoying my podcasts :-) Lots of amazing episodes on the way!! Love and chi, Paul Chek

I no ur an advocate for spring water paul, but wat about acidic rain? Water is completely polluted these days? Love and chi
@PaulChekLive
@PaulChekLive 4 жыл бұрын
I'd avoid rainwater unless you have no choice. The best water is water from artesian wells; that water has been cleaned, structured, and energized by the earth. If you can't get that, then a high quality spring water is the next best; you can find sources at www.findaspring.com Love and chi, Paul Chek
