Hi Paul, I am a scientifically minded person who also finds herself wanting a spiritual path. Your choice of words, humour and honesty are thus appealing to me. I started watching your channel a couple of months ago. For many, many years I have searched and asked and felt deeply about questions of my existence, like "what is wrong with me, why am I so depressed all the time?"... Ha, turns out, there really isn't much wrong with me at all, and you've so simply shown me that. I have always just wanted to be myself, not a robot and needed to love myself first, instead of torturing myself through ego identification to be part of a faceless global machine. Funny though... without that machine we would never have been able to learn from fantastic people, such as yourself using this type of social media and technology...ha ha... flip it...no judgement ;-) Thanks sooo much for opening your heart to us all

Paul Chek The Jester Spirit: Well I can see you have it. I think there are always two forces in our universe the equal and opposite force, created by mother nature. For instance there are toxic people: we call them psychopaths, antisocial personalities and hysterics; and there are energizing people...people like yourself, gurus, good Doctors, healers and Comedians (Jesters). This might not have come into your studies much but Jesters have a tremendous ability to change and stop bad things from happening. For instance a really good skit, or satire, can damage years of brainwashing and gaslighting which I suggest should be done to Monsanto. Jesters have more political power than they think too because when they come up with something hilarious genius, and people warm to it, and your not arguing against ego. For instance, I tried to discuss with people about vaccines being bad and you come up against a brick wall, I showed a person a joke made about vaccines (Facebook Meme) and he warmed to immediately and agreed Vaccines weren't all that great (oh really, worked with the joke!!!)...because Jesters are the best at waking people up too. They are the opposing force of NATURE to toxicity - mother nature's weapon. Satire can be weaponized, what's more is that very toxic people have an irony deficiency they take it literally. Remember mother nature creates the opposite force to stop predator behaviour from over riding the system. So toxicity needs an enemy that can't be recognised easy...Jesters. How many psychopaths have you seen with a really great sense of humour? They don't get it, they are over serious and they take it...LITERALLY. So effectively you can be talking it two separate languages...one to toxic people and one to everyone else. Shakesphere used Jesters to mock royalty in tongues because it was taken literally the Queen's wife never quite got what he meant, and in the meantime he did tremendous damage. Our ancestors used satire. Laughing face of demons is a good way to get rid of them. Buddha said something about laughing at everything...everyone needs to get a sense of humour. The problem is that the more damaged and toxic a person gets the more they lose that part of themselves, interesting is that the Jester part is the last to go...but if it does, that person's soul is dead. There is such a thing called the Jester Spirit, you have Paul, I have it and healthy people have it too...but we can use this spirit in satire to wake people up more efficiently and to do it in a camouflage. Yeap, satire is nature's camouflage against the toxic and can be used as a weapon.

I have been experiencing unconditional love more and more lately, and the feelings of empathy I have for other people sometimes become so strong that I will sometimes cry for the pain others experience. I am not really sure how I should go about handling this, but I want to put forth my best and help people heal from the inside out. I'm still searching for my way of bringing peace to others, but I have been blessed with a gift for composing music that I will find a way one way or another to use for the better of all who will listen to it.

Hello, what you are describing is consistent with opening of the heart (4th) chakra. I've had MANY such experiences and have them often. When my son, Mana was in the womb, and since he was born 16 months ago, the number and intensity of empathetic and compassionate connection to all people, and all life magnified in intensity and frequency. The best thing to do is simply "allow them" while holding your consciousness in witness position; don't drown in them, but watch and allow yourself to feel deeply. These moments of deep connection to life open the gates of intuitive insight. By holding the intention to be led (by your soul) to the best ways to contribute to the world, your heart will guide you. When you follow the heart's expressions of love and connection, you will be guided by love and connection as opposed to the ego's impulses or fears. Composing music is always a beautiful way to touch the souls of others and help the world; whenever there is a lot of strife in the world, you see the musicians step up and create and share music with healing messages; music can, has, and does change the world! You are very likely to find that completing my Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 1 on-line, or on-line with live web coaching with one of our instructors VERY helpful in your process; you will learn how to really care for yourself, which is the basis of your ability to love and care for others; when one's heart chakra opens, there can be a HUGE impulse to be of service to the world, but if we are not healthy, vital, and balanced, our impulse to help can ultimately lead us to self-destruction because we can easily drain ourselves trying to help alleviate the suffering of others; the result is that now you are one of the people that needs help! Congratulations on your expanded love and awareness! Love and chi, Paul Chek

It’s happening with me as well, only problem I don’t know how to compose music, hope one day I dissolve in it, I just wish I can be a guardian who can look after things even I don’t have power, I believe in the energy though. I have fear of snakes, I once saw I became a snake, since then I fear snake, actually I can’t tell if it’s fear or anxiousness which tangled me and I want to free it , I am hers there is nothing I have to lose except myself and I am ready to give it to her with an exchange of overcoming the fear but this doesn’t happens.

Austyn Marks Follow the advice in my ebook, "The Last 4 Doctors You'll Ever Need", or my audio workbook "The 1-2-3-4 For Overcoming Addiction, Obesity and Disease" (which is more comprehensive). Your challenge is a gift that once honestly opened and looked into, will offer you an opportunity to heal, grow, and become more self-responsible for your body-mind health and state of consciousness. Anxiety is classically related to "fear of the future", depression is classically the result of projecting the past into the present, and believing that today will be the same as yesterday, all of which are symptoms of avoiding the beauty of being, and creating who you "choose to be now". Paul Chek Paul I have similar issues but have taken it a step further to the nth degree. Instead of feeling emotion and feeling life I have gotten into a pattern of intellectualizing everything instead of feeling. What has happened is that I have got to the point where I am incessantly pondering the questions why does existence exist? Why does the One exist, what is the purpose of the one? And so the universe feels small (but this is just in my mind) Are these thoughts a result of my ego struggling to justify its existence? I know that these questions are something that cannot be answered intellectually but I can't seem to get out of this habit and it is interfering with living in the moment...is this a common issue that people have and do you have any tips to get out of it? Much love!

shaylab Good Man! I wish I"d had someone teaching me this stuff when I was 32. Though I had great training from the SRF monks when I was a kid, the fangs of life can gobble us up, entangle us, and put us on the treadmill of the "meaningless"... To keep focused on my life mission, I've had to seek help from various masters. One who helped me tremendously, with relatively little personal contact, was Master Fong Ha (www.fongha.com). He taught me how to do a few different tai-chi and Qi-gong practices that triggered my deep interest in these sciences. I had a wide variety of amazing spiritual openings and awakenings that are identical to those experienced in shamanic journeys and the use of psychedelics, but without any drugs. As the old saying goes, "When the student is ready, the master appears." The key thing to remember with the kinds of practices and concepts I"m sharing here is that intellectual understanding gets you nowhere! without regular, committed practice. Our culture is dangerously lost in the ego-mind, which deals only with "ideas", not experiences (which are the providence of the soul). Only when we get past our own programmed beliefs, fears and biases do we begin to cultivate awareness of our soul. Without infusion of life-force from the soul, we soon become "smart sick people"... Sound familiar (look around you!). Thanks for your nice comment. Love and chi, Paul Chek

Yes, I totally understand what you are saying about actually practicing these things you share (not just having the knowledge of them). And making them important enough to make part of my life regularly. I have two small sons which take up a big part of my life, but the more I watch your videos, the more I realize how important is for me to wakeup and make myself just as important as I do to the people close to me. It is a slow process but I will inch my way through it, and can only hope to aspire to have a head on my shoulders as you do when I'm in my 50's. It truly means a lot that you take the time to respond and actually connect and care (very rare now a days). I am very glad I found your channel and work. Probably one of the most important people I will learn from in my life. Thank you Paul.

Hey there Paul; What would you recommend for scapulas sticking out too much? I had a friend film me naked when I am doing push-ups or some pulling work; the shoulder blades are way too far away from my thoracic cage. Is this the winging scapula thing? What exercises would benefit me? Love and Chi
@paulchek1781
@paulchek1781 9 жыл бұрын
Yiğit Ünlü Scapular winging can occur for different reasons: 1. Poor motor control.2. The appearance of scapular winging doesn't always mean that the pathological form of scapular wining is occurring; some people's rib cage is formed such that it creates the appearance of winging. 3. Instabilities or impingement in the shoulder triggering faulty movement or compensation patterns. 4. Long thoracic nerve trauma. In my DVD program titled "Scientific Shoulder Training", I show "The Push-up test" which is how you assess winging (among other ways). The first step is to have someone work with you that knows how to teach you how to properly recruit your scapular stabilizers. If you want to do it correctly, find a Chek Practitioner with Level 3 or Level 4 training near you, or visit a skilled physical therapist so they can determine which of the above mentioned factors needs to be addressed. I get that question often, as you can imagine. Thought I've had MANY enlightenment experiences (experiences of complete Union with Life and the universe, and beyond the universe to Pure Awareness), enlightenment is very subjective. The answer I give to your question is this: "I am enlightened to the very degree that following my teachings, or emulating the practices I share enhances your life; your ability to love yourself, others, and the world - anything else is subjective". Great video. When you address us younger guys. You brought up, focusing on accomplishments over ourselves. I sometimes worry that by taking on a large project in regards to changing the health and happiness of my home town that I may sacrifice valuable time and attention from my son and fiance. I've often thought of living a simple life and often thought of a more intense (for lack of a better descriptive word) life. Both I feel will be rewarding but trying to identify which gets my attention is tricky as I wonder is my ego, or dogma, or self saboteur , having his voice heard. The decision is right around the corner.....I believe. My question is, what would you recommend as a method to "know" what decision will be most suitable to all. I am not money motivated , although i like it. My ultimate goal is free time and financial freedom to explore my potential and the planet.

Put simply, THE HEART (LOVE) IS THE COMPASS OF THE SOUL! Love moves effectively (as I share in my PPS Success Mastery Training program; see www.ppssuccess.com) from "I' to "WE" to "ALL". We are the foundation of our ability to love and we can't give what we don't have. The most important "WE" is your family, and by loving yourself enough to listen to, and follow your heart, and "do what you love", your "I" will be fulfilled; the overflow of that love naturally pours out to your family. As your application of love of self and love of family grows, the feeling of "family" extends itself progressively outward into the world, like a wave moving outward from a center. Love and chi, Paul Chek

Hey Mr. Chek this vlog was very well explained and brought to light for me how meditation is with us wherever we go and also what you said about an alchemy-type process by using ourselves and the relationship with environment to manipulate an outlook of more positivity. Those are definitely handfuls in of themselves to practice on and to become expressions of. I was wondering if my chakras aren't all up to par and lets say the third chakra has been an issue, what can one do to open specific chakras to feel that comfortable flow of mind body energy and not feel a type of avoidance to certain situations? Thank you for your teachings and mentorship.

Hi Andre, If you look in my book "How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy!", there are questionnaires that identify which key body systems are under too much load for optimal body-mind function, and there are specific "zone" exercises given to help balance the chakra/zone that relates to the imbalances found. Additionally, my ebook, "The Last 4 Doctors You'll Ever Need" shows you how to breathe properly, how to perform basic tai-chi movements, how to use sound (such as tuning forks) to balance the chakras, and guides you to creating your own core values for each of the 4 Doctors to specifically support your dream. Hey paul, if i am living in the first chakra, do i have any business being in a "romantic relationship" or should i accept where I am, continue moving up the chakras until I at least move into the heart chakra so that i may love unconditionally rather than "attach"... or will my romantic relationship help me move up through the chakra system in my life. My other thought is that it is far more individual to answer in a blanket statement comment on a youtube video. your thoughts and guidance would be greatly appreciated, Brian

Paul, I am a 19 year old college student with a dream of making a living with my music. I specifically make instrumentals and want to sell them to vocalists (hip-hop). However, I find that I am so drawn to my legacy that the hours I spend on coursework are detracting me from getting onto my feet, faster. I have a business plan after going through Elliott Hulse's Non-Job seminar and am currently dependent. Any wisdom you can impart?
@paulchek1781
@paulchek1781 9 жыл бұрын
Adam Smith Hi Adam, yes, My suggestion is that you get clear as to weather your college course work is an essential element in your overarching dream; are the topics you are studying: A. Important for your base education, and therefore, potentially essential for your basic life skills? For example, if you are studying music, business administration, or general studies that may provide essential knowledge that will help you better create, and manage your dream, then these studies are an essential element of your dream. If not, then maybe your soul is calling you to focus on your dream more specifically. This is a tricky situation, and one that requires a mature viewpoint (by you); when we are young, we can become fanatical, or possessed by what feels like our dream or legacy, only to find out later (often after quitting school or ending key relationships) that they were indeed important for our life path. B. If your parents are providing financial support while you are in school, and are unwilling to give you financial support if you leave school, you will find yourself in yet another web of challenges...can you make a living selling your music now? Sometimes, it is most wise to finish what you've started before jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire... The music industry is by no means an easy industry to make a living, so my advice is to anchor yourself in creating some stability for yourself while in school; work to progressively create your music, get it to people with enough knowledge to HONESTLY evaluate it, and start selling it and developing your network. Once you are sure you can make a living through your dream alone, reevaluate your situation with school and other commitments then. C. A very important approach you can take now, it to study my "Primal Pattern Eating" webinar audio recording, in which I teach you how to connect with your soul. The very same methods I teach for choosing your foods, can be used to ask your soul any question and gain inner-guidance from the Consciousness within you. This way, you have a greater sense of connection to your wholeness, and don't need to rely as much on the opinions of others; certainly you want to consider the opinions of those wise enough to give you good guidance, but learning to speak to the "Wise Council" within yourself will help you learn to trust your inner-voice and use that voice/opinion as a means of getting very clear on what you do want, need, and can do now. Then, other opinions are taken into account with your soul's advice; you can then ask your soul's opinion on "the other opinions". The key thing to always remember with soul connection is that: A. You have to be spiritually brave enough to hear answers your ego may not like, or you will just delude yourself and will probably stop trusting your soul's voice not realizing that you were only listening to your "neediness (ego)" B. Questions most be carefully composed so that they can be answered with a "yes" or a "no" until you grow your subtle energy perception to the point of being able to receive images, sound or voice, or a sense of "knowing". C. Our soul is NOT what most people think, and DOES NOT carry the judgments or biases so often tauted in religious circles. Your soul can suggest things to you that may seem very scary to you, and may tell you it is not wise to do things you feel you must do. Again, your soul is afraid of "noting", and taking advice from that level of your being can be a radical shift in perception, and the direction you may go under soul guidance can be so contradictory to "what others want you to do", that you can enter the desert of spiritual fire where you may well be doing what you and your soul have chosen to do, but potentially with resistance from people like parents, family members, friends, teachers, etc. Becoming a man requires that you accept complete responsibility for your choices, and what you create in relationships. If you are ready to be a man, then accept the responsibilities of an adult and act accordingly. If it is safer for you to stay where you are, and have the support of the parental nest while you are developing your "man muscles so-to-speak", then that may be a wise choice too. Just don't BS yourself and you'll be fine! Love and chi, Paul Chek

Hey Paul great video,just signed up for pps lesson 2 will be getting your fungal infections course by next week you stuff is amazing Can you please share some ideas on how to cure or reduce stuttering..if you know any.. I dont stutter all the time..but sometimes words just dont come out and i feel choked or stuck near my throat and neck.
@paulchek1781
@paulchek1781 9 жыл бұрын
ocean21990 Yes, when you start stuttering, become more expressive of what you are saying with your hands (dynamic body language). Think of what it would look like to see to Italians having a conversation...It looks like two orchestra conductors speaking in the language of their scores with their wands, particularly if the two people speaking are husband and wife! By using your body to express yourself, you access the integrated energies of the body, which can organize the mental field. For example, if for some reason you couldn't speak, but needed to say "NO" to someone, you'd most likely hold your hand up in the commonly used "stop" or "halt" gesture. Just as you know what that means when someone does it to you without them saying anything because in your mind, the movement and the word mean the same thing, by expressing your words and intentions with body expression, your body pulls the intellect "into it", which unblocks the blockage (of the 5th chakra). You may want to look into Rudolph Steiner's system of movement healing called Eurythmy. Eurythmy is a new art form created by Rudolf Steiner. Eurythmy is an art, like modern dance or sculpture. In a slightly modified form, it can also be applied therapeutically, similar to the way the painting can be applied as a form of therapy, known as Art Therapy. In his teachings, Steiner describes healing cases of stuttering with Eurythmy, which also is a system of expressing words through movements. You may be able to find classes, or possibly DVD's explaining it from a Steiner book store (search Rudolph Steiner book store on google). The other thing is to practice diaphragmatic breathing and when you feel stuttering coming on, be sure to anchor yourself in optimal breathing patterns. Taking singing lessons is also likely to be very helpful. Interestingly there are a number of singers I've seen over the years that stutter, but when they sing, there is no trace of it. Singing lessons will teach you to use your breathing functions properly, and express yourself rhythmically.I hope that helps, Love and chi, Paul Chek

Thank you for this wonderful message! I am a big fan of your videos, and I've been inspired by many of the thoughts you share. I am a musician and I have a question for you. Do you have a meditative practice that you use before you perform? Whether that is making a video, giving lectures or talks, or any other way you perform. I'm curious if there are methods you use to ground yourself and/or prepare yourself to give the best performance you can. Id love to learn more in order to apply this to my own performing. Please share any ideas about this if you can! Thank you very much.

Jordy Long Hello Jordy, I have a variety of methods I use depending on how I'm feeling at the time, and what environment I'm in. Here are a few: 1. Grounding and Centering: The grand majority of the presentations I give are at conferences held in a large hotel or conference center. As I'm sure you know, these places are typically highly electrically charged, full of unhealthy people, and usually void of nature elements. The first thing I do when I arrive at a new location is speak to the hotel staff and find out if there are any parks near by. If not, I ask if there is anywhere I can go to "get my feet on the ground or grass". Often, there isn't much at all, so I scout for places where the sun will be shining between buildings or on a chunk of grass; for example, in Manhattan, though there are parks, some are too far away for me to get to between lectures, but I've been able to find churches that have some grass around them. First thing in the morning, before the buzz it too high (if possible), I go to my chosen spot and take my socks and shoes off and do 20-40 minutes of tai-chi. This bleeds off the negative ELM pollution, lets me fill my lungs with outside air, and harmonize my body and mind. I often do this between lectures/workshops during the day as well. 2. Cold Showers: A cold shower (as cold as it will go!, even in NYC, Toronto, or Europe "in the winter or summer :-) brings a lot of negative ions and helps balance our energy field(s), and also drains off ELM pollution. The sympathetic nervous system is naturally stimulated, alertness rises beautifully, and the body-mind becomes integrated. This is a FAR better than using coffee or tea (which usually dry the body out and weaken it while over-stimulating the SNS). If I'm dealing with jet-lag, I may take three or four cold showers a day to "recharge" myself. 3. Visualization: If for some reason I can't get a tai-chi session in (which is very rare because I can do it about anywhere if necessary; I've almost been arrested for doing it at airports...), I use the cold shower followed by meditative visualization of my presentation, and the key points I feel are necessary to get across. 4. Exercise: I have found it extremely important to keep physically fit, regardless of how tired my ego tells me I am, or weather or not gym equipment is available. The more demanding the tour, the more essential regular workouts are. I adjust the volume and intensity of my exercise sessions so that they facilitate balancing and awakening as opposed to just going to the gym and beating myself up with exercise. By using simple repetitious movements, be it cable pushing, pulling, or things like kettlebell swings that allow me to harmonize breathing and movement, I can create the tai-chi experience in the gym; as I harmonize and my cortisol levels rise naturally, I increase the intensity of the exercise to that which I need to maintain my muscle mass and strength. This has a very strong body-mind integration effect, and stimulates a lot of cortisol naturally, creating a state of alertness. 5. Chanting and/or toning: I use a wide variety of chants and toning exercises to harmonize my energy field. 6. Essential Oils: I use a variety of essential oils and flower essences to harmonize my body-mind as supports for the above activities. These are the basic methods I use. I hope you enjoy trying them. Love and chi, Paul Chek

Paul Chek Thank you sir! I really appreciate you taking the time to give me feedback. I delayed my response because I began putting many of your suggestions to practice in my life, and boy are they a game-changer. The grounding outside and the cold showers especially stood out for me in changing how I feel going into a performance, although all definitely help a lot. Thanks for the love and support! Wishing you the best, Jordy

paul, i would really appreciate your intake on this topics.. 1. as a tai chi practitioner do you think that resistance training can cause stagnation of chi in your body? I know you combine both but a lot of people say that resistance training hinders your progress in internal martial arts...what is your stance on it? resistance in this case would mean: calisthenics, gymnastics, weighlifting (anykind) etc. 2. I know you read or have read a lot...do you have any specific tips on how to know what to read and how well to read it depending on the book if read at all supposedly we do not have to read anything..we know it all already and knowledge blockes intuition.. i know you are very fond of Rudolf Steiner what can one expect to learn from his teachings or what are the main teaching of him for you. 3. do you have any experiance in lucid dreams or out of body exploration, could you share some insight? if you will have the time to write a response i would be very thankful, contionue to be healthy and happy. also excuse the errors it there are any (english is not my first language) :)

The21Godfather Hi, here are some answers to your questions: 1. Yes, resistance can block chi flow, but ONLY when done incorrectly! Resistance training can be just as beneficial as tai-chi or any internal work, it is just the other side of the coin of body-mind consciousness. We'll call "heads" the "external expression", which is largely driven by the sympathetic nervous system, and "tails the internal expression", which is largely empowered by parasympathetic nervous activity"; the space between heads and tails - the middle of the coin - represents Pure Consciousness or POTENTIAL (= ZERO). If one only does internal training, they run the risk of being weak externally, and therefore, are likely to lack the capacity to "put ideas and dreams into action"; the external system provides a LOT of energy and movement that is beneficial to the internal system; imagine someone who sits in meditation all day, but doesn't get adequate movement in general....they will become stagnant within. One who only does external work, becomes deficient in their capacity to generate yin/anabolic energy, and is soon plagued with over-training symptoms. These two polarities are both representations of the cosmos; the internal world is yin, feminine, and relates to water, "germinating and creating" (think of a fetus in the womb, which is yin), darkness, coolness, and "space for". The external elements of the body-mind represent yang/masculine, fire, externalized expression, enlivenment and animation of (that which is created or conceived of in yin); the fetus is created in yin, and begins to express yang when it takes its first breath. One who only works-in is akin to the fetus that "never gets to play" while one who only works out is like the infant that only gets to play, but doesn't get to eat, drink, rest or sleep...this state is one of perpetual depletion and is exactly what challenges the majority of the worlds cultures now, as they so dangerously and foolishly emulate the western mentality! The most important issue of all forms of SNS dominant (work-out) activities is that: A. The exercise selections are such that the structure stays balanced. If not, some muscles become hyper-active while others become hypo-active; this causes energy to be entangled in the hyperactive and stagnant in the under-active muscles and often produces both mental and emotional instability; to be inside a body like this would be like riding in a car with someone that keeps pumping the brake or gas....-....-....-....-... while someone who's body-mind is balanced would be more rhythmical and consistent in self-expression -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.B. Working out is like firing a gun; it is an expression of the thoughts and emotions contained within the being, but without working-in (self reflection/meditation), one doesn't develop the stillness, presence, or "receptivity" to access the archetypal realms (Higher Mind). This results in a mind that is like a hamster running forever on a treadmill, going nowhere; this shows up in such expressions as: A. Doing the same things in life over and over...same gym routine, same foods, same sexual positions, same arguments with the same people over the same thermes...B. A growing sense of emptiness and meaninglessness....a soul hungry to express it's creative potential. C. A higher likelihood of stimulant and drug use to "open the box" to other experiences; alcohol being the socially approved tool for medicating this dysfunction, along with processed sugar, cigarettes, and/or living vicariously through watching reality TV or sports...2. My soul guides and directs my studies. You can learn the basics of soul connection in my webinar recording titled "Primal Pattern Eating". I explain my system for effective learning in my PPS Success Mastery Lesson titled, PPS Success Program Lesson 7: How to Learn Rudolph Steiner: His teachings are VAST. I have around 165 of his books, most of which are transcriptions from lectures he gave worldwide. He is the founder of Biodynamic farming, shown by scientific research to produce the most nutrient rick food of any farming system. He is the founder of Anthroposophic medicine, a form of natural medicine that is very effective; he invented a cure for cancer that is still used today. He developed the Woldorph school system, considered by many to be the best system created for effectively educating children (and I'm one of the people that holds that belief). He developed a system of movement for healing called Eurythmy, which is very effective for many disorders such as excess introversion and speech pathologies. He was a trained scientist. He was a great artist. He was a member of the Rosicrucian branch of Mystical Christianity (and the White Brotherhood), and his teachings on all aspects of spirituality, life and the human being are incredibly vast and DEEP. He was a "spiritual scientist" and taught specific methods for spiritual healing and Self-Realization. He was a master of meditation and taught many forms of meditation. He was a great poet. Steiner's teachings are woven into the general body of my teachings, although often not obvious because there are many parallels between Steiner's teachings and other Masters and Mystics that have been guiding forces in my personal and professional development. My advice would be to search on Amazon for "Rudolph Steiner DVD" and you are sure to find DVD's that talk about his life and works. You can also search for a Steiner Book Store, and look at the many topics and titles to see what "calls to you". His teachings are beautifully integrate all aspects of body-mind-Spirit. He is not easy to read because most of what is in print comes from lectures he gave to his committed students, who already had a working knowledge of him, his general concepts, and his specific terminology. The books are direct translations from Austrian, and the syntax of that language is different than English, so your brain has to do some gymnastics until you learn to follow him; often he uses terms that are new and can't be found in dictionaries, and doesn't explain them because the listeners already know them. You may have to read 30 pages to finally find out what he was meaning with a given term much earlier on. It takes a committed student to digest his teachings, but it is well worth the efforts. He was the best I've read at explaining man's function in the Universe (a good book for example, is "Universe, Earth and Man")3. Yes, I've got plenty of experience in lucid dreaming and out of body experiences. They began when I was 12. I am a remote viewer. Both dreaming and lucid dreaming is a means by which the psyche balances the stress and mis-perceptions of the ego-complex. Lucid dreaming allows one to become "actively aware of the subconscious contents and activities within one's self, and learn to interact with these elements of soul expression. This skill is one that many traditions suggest is "practice for death", at which time the undeveloped ego-mind simply becomes unconscious, and has no conscious influence on their afterlife experiences, nor the ability to consciously co-create their next life experience. Lucid dreaming is on of many methods for developing the subtle organs that remain after the body has dropped. This practice is called "Dream Yoga" and Fred Alan Wolf and others have written on it, and there are people that use it as their spiritual practice. You can find books and DVDs on the topic if you look. Remote viewing is moving in your spirit-body to any space-time location or event in time, while being consciously aware of what one is seeing and experiencing. Research shows that only about 6% of humans can do it, and of them, most all (interestingly) have native ancestral blood lines; I'm 1/4 Cherokee. I have taught a number of people to do it, and not all had native blood lines of any significance. It takes a very stable ego and good mental control, which very few people have. Ok, there's my comments for you. Love and chi, Paul Chek

Paul Chek thank you for your extensive answer and for sharing your knowledge. i will look up on the resources that you have suggested. i will try to keep balance between external and internal exercise, i have read this in your book and from your videos but i still thought of dropping resistance training and that tai chi will be enough for my physical development. thank you for clarifying this. i have heard that Rudolph Steiners work must be read slowly and very actively...i will look a bit more in to his work, i have found also some audio recordings of his lectures (read by someone else..), i also like the concept of his school. I have actually practiced dream yoga and still do to some extent. a good book on it is The Tibetan Yogas Of Dream And Sleep - Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche it is about old tibetan bon buddhism, interesting stuff, im sure you know most of the topics in this book, but maybe someone else who is reading this might benefit from it. i will look into Fred Alan Wolf work aswell. I have been trying to have an out of body experience for a while but have not consciously achieved it yet (only spontaneous exits while i sleep), while lucid dreams happen more often, it is hard but i think it is and will be rewarding for me and i will grow. First i need to get rid of couple of my "nightmares" , that are blocking me. You have i great gift if you can remote view i envy you a little bit :) the percentages are not in my favor i dont think if i have native ancestral roots i actually live very close to where Steiner was born (different country), currently i dont think i am up to it but maybe in the future. thanks again, Love and chi to you as well.

Hi Paul! I have a vaginal yeast infection. I just purchased your program on how to heal fungus and parasite infections and started a anti fungal diet so I'm pretty optimistic that i'll get rid of it soon. But can I have sex even though I still have the infection? Are there any risks for the man?

Mariehorselover HI, Yes, my program has the information you need to heal from this infection. Yes, you can have sex, but...A. Your partner will be taking on quite a load of fungal spores and fungal toxins. If their immune system is strong, it will probably be fine; was well afterwards! B. Oral contact down there will probably be a bit of a shocker....best to leave the love work to other pages in the book of love...great time to get creative. C. You may want to look into a good natural vaginal wash. I'm pretty sure there are some based on apple cider vinegar and other natural, healing ingredients. Love and chi, Paul

Hi paul, im 19 years old and im only 5'2, I eat healthy and try to get as much exercise as i can but I recently i went to the doctors to get prescribed (hgh) human growth hormone but after listening to you talk about the qualities about your imagination and how they affect your emotions throughout your body. Could this be a factor in why i am not obtaining height? My family is all 5'9 or taller so all the doctors iv seen said its not im my genes but its in my head but no one would actually explain what that means. I am a person who is beginning meditation to getting out of my head, over thinking as people put it, to try and obtain my height before its to late. Iv seen my little brother grow 7 inches in one night, so i am a firm believer that growth is a mental path that you need to follow but i'm so trapped in my head that when i lay down to go to sleep i actually end up keeping my self awake just trying to self grow. So I would like to know if you could shed any light on this, if you have had any cases like this come up in your past because i would honestly only try to use hgh to help as a last resort.
@paulchek1781
@paulchek1781 9 жыл бұрын
Your concern over your height indicates: A. A mis-perception that the size of someone's body is somehow related to how powerful, beautiful, or successful they will be or become. B. That your relationship with Great Spirit (That which Creates ALL) hasn't yet grown beyond the confines of your own skin. If you ever met my partner and Chek Institute Instructor, Angie Lustrick (go to www.angiesworld.com and have a look), who is only 5 Ft, 1 inch tall, you'd soon realize that body height has no relationship to "Spiritual Magnitude or personal power". This little woman can electrify a room and people are often shocked at how short she is once they stand next to her because her presence is "magnificent". Paramahansa Yogananda was only about 5'3" tall, and moved mountains of people to a spiritual life; try his book or audio book Autobiography Of A Yogi (highly recommend the audio book version, which is narrated by Ben Kingsley), and you will come into the amazing power of a short man! One of my long time mentors and friends, Tom Campanaro, owner of Total Gym is about the same size as Yogananda, and directed his company from one that ran out of the garage in his home, to having the most successful infomercial exercise product ever sold on TV, bringing in over 100 Million dollars a year for something like ten years running (you may have seen Chuck Norris and Christy Brinkley on their infomercial). When your focus is to express the potential within yourself, to become all you can be, size means nothing. Remember, there is so much power in one atom, that if you split it, you have a nuclear bomb on your hands, and there are more atoms in your body than I have numbers to suggest here.... When you learn to love yourself fully, and embrace the gift that Great Spirit has given you, your spirit grows to unknown heights, and your body just becomes the carrier of greatness, which can fit inside even the smallest of bodies. Spend more time being THANKFUL for your UNIQUENESS, and love, nourish, exercise, rest, and meditate with your body daily. This is how you show gratitude to Mother Universe, to Great Spirit for giving you the most special, perfect opportunity to let the Love Light shine through you - when you were born, A STAR WAS BORN. Love and chi, Paul Chek

I cannot thank you enough for giving me a positive message that i will be able to carry and share. You have helped me more than you can imagine. Paul what does feeling dead inside means?
@paulchek1781
@paulchek1781 9 жыл бұрын
Kevin M Hi Kevin, that is a VERY common challenge for A LOT of people today. There are many causes of feeling dead inside, but having helped countless people through it, the common denominator is "doing what you think you have to do instead of expressing your creative energies in ways that are nourishing to your soul." I'd recommend you do my PPS Success Mastery Lessons 1 and 2. The work I take you through will help you identify what is blocking you, and give you tools to recreate yourself into the person you want to be, doing things you want to do, for a mission you believe in, with values of your own making. When inner-deadness arrives, one is usually being called to enter the "hero's journey"...to get out of the box, the matrix of the everyday doldrums of society and programmed minds... It may help you to look into Joseph Campbells teachings on The Hero's Journey; you can find DVD, audio, and book information by him on the subject. It may ignite you inside. My PPS lessons will help you understand what is blocking you, how the mind is programmed, and how to (lesson 2) teaches you how to use the science of brain washing to "wash your brain of self-limiting beliefs. If you study these three paths to learning how body, mind, spirit, and myth work together, you will have the tools you need to recreate yourself into "the person you want to be"... Deadness inside also means that "your myth isn't working - your story about life and what it means", and that it is time for a "Myth Upgrade!" Love and chi, Paul Chek

Hey doc question for you. Sometimes when I focus I can send energy throughout my body and also when I move my arms it's like I'm moving through a magnetic field of some sort, any ideas? Also the stronger my emotions and focus the stronger the energy/field.

@paulchek1781 9 жыл бұрын
Yes, you are generating a stronger "chi field", which causes a lot of interesting things to happen. Some of the things I've experienced are: 1. Stones becoming soft, almost like you can put your hands through them. 2. Colors and sounds becoming much more vivid. 3. Intuitive access and the ability to "know what is about to occur with yourself or others". 4. Rapid healing of ailments. 5. Enhanced concentration 6. Increased creativity 7. The capacity to trigger healing responses and spiritual "awakenings" in those around you without even trying or realizing that you are facilitating it, and More... Keep practicing, but not to impress others, or it will peter out. Practice to enhance your own self-awareness and Self-Realization. The best thing you can do to heal the world, is to love and heal yourself, and a committed tai-chi or any such work-in process is "The Gift" to you and all. Love and chi, Paul Chek

Very informative video, thanks Paul chek! I have a question, do you think a humans life is fair? In America we have all opportunity to choose our life style. But in 3rd world countries people experience gruesome pain, and they have no chance for change. Why has mother nature created us with the possiblity for such pain? Without bad there cannot be good but I cannot wrap my head around the fact that this pain is so real.

We are the ones who caused this pain. And we are the ones to undo it. Peace is our true reality on Earth. it's what we all deserve as the pure souls we all are deep down.
@paulchek1781
@paulchek1781 9 жыл бұрын
This is a common question for those that have not studied spirituality or metaphysics. Your initial premise...that pain is a bad thing...is the wrong question or position when juxtaposed with Reality. Without pain, we would never become conscious of our choices, our actions toward self or others. Without pain, we'd have no reason or motive to learn more, to heal, and do do things in ways that "are not so painful" Great Spirit is unafraid of pain because it is the guiding force that creates conscious awareness in a living organism that is living and acting unconsciously. Great Spirit is unafraid of pain because death is not a concept that has meaning at the level of Divine reality (study the tai-chi symbol, or read "What is Tao" by Alan Watts). Great Spirit, unafraid of pain or death, is only interested in "experiencing itself". Great Spirit seeks total immersion in all possible expressions of Self (the collective, the Whole of life) in and as "self" (the individual sentient being), for without experiencing both elements of the polarities of the universe (yin-yang, cold-hot, wet-dry, happy-sad, rich-poor, successful-seemingly unsuccessful, loving-wicked,...) Great Spirit could never know SELF (the Grand Totality of individuality as an integral expression of multiplicity or Wholeness) - Self (the whole of life on Earth) - or self (the individual sentient beings or ego-self). Just meditate on the life of a chicken, as it goes from hatching, to growing, to being killed, plucked, chopped up, cooked, and then...is eaten, dropped into a stomach full of hydrochloric acid where its cells are broken into molecules, and then it finds itself a part of something greater...you...a person that can allow that chicken to live as a human, to see more, do more, know more. Now, could any of that occur if Great Spirit was afraid of pain? Your position also presupposes that "there is not pain with wealth", or health. Look into this documentary to have a very meaningful experience of the pains of success and financial abundance: "Living In A Material World" by George Harrison (of the Beatles). If you spend time in meditation asking your soul (Great Spirit within you) such questions, you will learn the truth from Source, and will not need to trust the opinions of others, most of whom are very confused. Meditate on the Universe, how it is created, and how it works; look at the face of the moon and ask yourself, "how much of a beating did she take to be capable of creating balance on earth?" The secret is learning to live in flow with the Great Tao. Once you'd studied the resourcs I've suggested, I can give you more, but noting replaces being present, observing how reality works, and asking your soul the bigger questions; I teach you how to connect with your own soul in my webinar audio recording titled "Primal Pattern Eating" if you want some training. Hi Paul, I've been instinctively using the same technique for the past few years and found that while it does increase my consciousness, it also leads me to apathy. any thoughts?
@PaulChekLive
@PaulChekLive 7 жыл бұрын
That is not uncommon. It suggests that you are in the Post-modern stage of conscious growth and development. That stage comes with the challenge of paradoxes, and often leads people into apathy because they see/experience as real, but equally "unreal", true, but not true; they see love in the world, but just as much pain; they see truth in the world, but just as much deception... You may want to look into Ken Wilber's works or, if you want to get into the nitty gritty of it all, then read, "Streams Of Wisdom" by Dustin Diperna, which shows in great detail how consciousness grows and develops in "structure states", and how enlightenment can be very different from person to person. In this book, you can find information on the Post-modern structure stage of development, and each of the other stages. I go through all the relevant information on this and many other topics in my on-line program titled, "Chek 4-Quadrant Coaching Mastery", which will go live soon; you can put yourself on the mailing list at www.chekinstitute.com and ask them to notify you of the public release of the program. This is very comprehensive program designed to teach people how to heal themselves, understand themselves, and learn the essential methods of coaching or leading others to wholeness. There are four key segments to the program, and we are about to open part 1 to the public, and the other three parts are following progressively as we finish the editing and uploading to our e-learning site. Paul I've got a tough question for you. Clearly one can achieve this state of being one even if they're body is in an unhealthy state. Examples being Osho, potentially Buddha and many other enlightened beings throughout history. From your point of view is this due to many lifetimes of internal spiritual work so much so that they're able to overcome their lack of physical health to attain emotional, mental and spiritual freedom? Or can any being willing to face the challenges that come with poverty while pursuing a deep spiritual practice attain this state of being one? My next question is a bit simpler. As far as you know can a young individual who's intellect is not fully developed (under the age of 21) attain the state of being one or does the soul have to go through more physical experiences until an older age in order to remember?

Hi, First of all, the body and mind are not separate entities. What happens in one is mirrored in the other. For example, if you take a world class race car driver and ask them to drive a beat up car around the block as fast as they can, chances are VERY GOOD that they will drive that car around the block much faster than most anyone else, BUT, not as fast as they could if the car was fully functional; thus, the mind of the driver is limited by "the body it commands".... Additionally, enlightenment is not universal, as so many people mistakenly think; enlightenment is not only specific to the individual (A Christian having an enlightenment experience never sees The Buddha, for example), and enlightenment is specific to the "lines of inquiry" the individual soul takes in life; you can be an enlightened scientist and feel one with the universe, but the nature of that experience will be quite different than the experience of an enlightened school teacher who feels "oneness with all the children of the world", as simple examples. Souls also grow through stages of development, the last of which is "mortification"; in this stage, the soul is learning to "drop the body". This is why you often see gurus in poor physical condition; the problem is that their students emulate this "poor body behavior" without realizing that they are a long way from having developed the subtle organs of perception that grow with spiritual development and practices that allow them to essentially function from a top-down control strategy, which means the soul and mind are now so well integrated and developed that they can override the body and not loose consciousness; this is one of the main reasons you see advanced yogi's and mystics doing practices that typically induce tremendous pain or even death to others, such as fire walking, fire eating, dipping of hands in boiling oil, exposing themselves to severe cold and heat for extended periods of time, starvation, and much more... Yogananda said that "if you even so much as crave a strawberry milkshake when you leave your body, you will take on a new body to get one!" Therefore, the advanced spiritual practitioners in the mortification stage are in the practice of letting go of everything earthly, body based, including food, water, and even breathing; they often learn to "die" and return; some zen masters are on record for stopping their heart, and four days later, starting their hearts again to demonstrate their mastery of the death process to their students. You may want to look into the DVDs, books, and youtube videos offered by Joseph Rael, one of the only Pueblo Holy Men still alive today; Joseph Rael did the Sun Dance every four years for 16 years running....just to put that into context for you....THE SUN DANCE IS A DANCE WHERE THE DANCERS DANCE NON-STOP FOR 4 DAYS WITHOUT FOOD OR WATER! He describes his experiences and shares that Sun Dancers do not need to eat food. They can sustain themselves on breathing and cosmic (GOD) energy; Joseph Rael chose to keep eating because he loves the social interaction that eating food invites. Next, it is the age or experience of the soul that determines what states they can achieve at any age, not the age of the person's "body". You may want to read "Shankara's Crest Jewel Of Discrimination"; Shankara, as a boy of only 10 years of age, walked all over India debating the most evolved gurus of his day, and never lost a debate against them. He was enlightened at a very early age, and his teachings make that quite obvious, as does his life story. Here is an example of Shankara's wisdom: "One cannot understand scripture until he is enlightened, and one who is enlightened does not need to read scriptures" You can find this beautiful little book here: www.amazon.com/Shankaras-Crest-Jewel-Discrimination-Prabhavananda/dp/0874810388/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1499441856&sr=1-1&keywords=shankara Love and chi, Paul Chek

Paul, I've been struggling with depression since I graduated high-school. My senior year I took lsd and mushroom about once a month sometimes more frequent and after one trip in particular off lsd I felt off the next day and I never got better. I didn't feel "right", and I started to get anxiety right before I was going off to college. College didn't work out so I left and my anxiety and depression got worse. I started eating all organic and ate plenty of vegetables, fruit, and high quality meat but I still have zero energy and tons of anxiety and feel depressed. I didn't know what else to do so right now I'm trying an anti-depressant (zoloft), been on it for a little over a month, and I do feel more energy and less depressed, but I don't know what it could possibly do to my brain by inhibiting the re-uptake of serotonin. I'm pretty sure serotonin isn't the problem based on everything i've read and understand but how does it help some people recover from a downward spiral in their life? A family friend of mine's life was falling apart and as a last resort effort took prozac and he swears it saved his life and he enjoys life again, But could he have avoided something that he was suppose to face without the prozac. Also, could the lsd have triggered something or altered some pathway in my brain? Would psychotherapy or cognitive behavioral therapy help? Or any programs you offer to help me overcome this without the drugs? I know I'm asking a lot of questions but I'm uncertain as what to do. Please let me know what you think I should try. Thankyou

Paul Chek Thank you Paul for taking that much time out of your busy schedule to help me. I've been watching your videos for the past year and a half, actually since I started feeling depressed and anxious, and they've really put me on another path in life. I think that's part of the reason I feel this way because I shifted my thinking and consciousness to a whole new path and wasn't quite sure and still not completely sure what to do. Thank you for everything you do and I'm hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you Btw, I'm probably going to take your HLC1 course in Ft.lauderdale. Will you be there?

Paul Chek Also, I'm planning on doing a psych-k workshop in 2 weeks after reading "The Honeymoon Effect" by Bruce Lipton. I heard you and Elliot Hulse mention him many times and figured I'd read it and it was a great read or actually listen. I listened to it on audible. And I feel I need to reprogram my sub-conscious beliefs since that contributes to 95% of our actions, thoughts, and ideas. Typing this and listening to you I feel hope and energy towards a bright future. Thank you again for all that you do. You're helping change the world with your knowledge and wisdom you offer.
