The Perfect Couple: Nicole Kidman, Liev Schreiber and Cast on That Dance Sequence

Nicole Kidman and Liev Schreiber chat with ET's Cassie DiLaura about their new series, 'The Perfect Couple,' streaming now on Netflix. The two, who play married couple Greer and Tag in the adaptation of Elin Hilderbrand's best-selling book, open up about the cast dance sequence and how they prepared to learn the choreography. Then, Nicole talks about asking her pal, Naomi Watts, for permission to star alongside her ex-partner, Liev, in the series. Jumping off the murder-mystery vibes of 'The Perfect Couple,' Nicole hopes this will hold over fans of 'Big Little Lies' ahead of its in-the-works third season.

Maybe because I grew up on the East Coast always near the ocean. Spent time in Newport, Nantucket, Cape Cod as a tourist and for fun. Love the homes in all these places, scenery, history. It’s all romantic to me.

the opening dance is something new, very unique, and I love it. And another big surprise is to see Ishaan (Shahid Kapoor's brother) in this series. So happy for him, to be able to watch him act with such fine actors. Congrats Ishaan.

Watched it all today and just finished. I loved it!!! What a great cast, and I can't believe Bono Voxx 's (U2) daughter, Eve Hewston, who played Amelia, is all grown up and so beautiful AND an actress!!! 5/5 stars!!! Liev, Nicole & Dakota all brought their A game. Very entertaining and I couldn't stop watching it. Bravo And wow, I've never watched Ishaan Khattar before but I'm going to start now.

Netflix was starting to feel like a broken record, and I was torn between wine tasting at Niagara or something else entirely. Then I gave The Perfect Couple a shot, and within five minutes, I was hooked. Binge-watched it over the weekend like my TV was a bottomless bag of chips. Nicole and Liev? Total dynamite. And Ishan-he was the cherry on top of this drama sundae. Pacing around like a kid waiting for the ice cream truck, eagerly awaiting season 2.

I just felt Liev was having a blast playing his scenes. He was so into the dancing and I think he liked his (drunk or not) singing scenes as well. Jack Raynor’s character reminded me too much of the a*hole he played in Midsommar though. I just kept thinking “last time I saw you you ended up inside a bear being set on fire so you better be careful mister!” lol!
