What really makes the show work is the vulnerability that both director & the actors have. That’s great because that means the director is willing to allow the actors respectfully do what they do best. It isn’t a threat or coming in and basically taking or assuming they just had the superior roll. Everyone is willing to listen and work together.Great stuff!
