Nice to see you reacting to Vain Elämää! Marko has many great versions on the show and on Markos day there is some great performances on Nightwish/Marko's songs.

Thanks a lot for the reaction. I really like this performance by Marko. And when I put it in the context of recent events and see how emotional Marko is, it has a strong impact on me. His choice of song and the words he said about it make me think that when he talked about apologizing to friends, he was also thinking of Tarja, to whom he publicly apologized a few years ago. But this performance is not just about that. Marko is an excellent singer and I love his voice. I hadn't followed Nightwish for a long time, but after Marko recently returned to the music scene, I see him in a completely different light. And I like him even more.

I highly recommend watching the entire Vain Elämää season. You'll hear many heartbreaking stories and great performances from other artists and from Marko as well. He talked on the show, how alone he felt at times when he was going through depression and really needed someone to talk to. He was really open and honest about his life, which made me like and respect him even more than before.

@PetraPola I'm glad you've been kept informed. Wish they would make all the episodes available around the world with English subtitles. This particular season has especially great group of artists in my opinion.

Thank you! And thank you Petra for the request! This performance was absolutely my favourite one from this season of Vain Elämää. There were a lot of good ones. This was such a beautiful performance and it made me cry. I love this song! The original version is a beautiful one too. Ilta has a very beautiful voice. Yes, she was the woman in white at the end of the table. (By the way her name, Ilta, means evening in Finnish). Also, on Marko's day, Ilta did a very beautiful version of Nemo. In my mind, Marko sang this for Tarja. How can I not think that. What he said, his very emotional performance and the song lyrics fit perfectly. Of course it can be about someone else in Marko's life, these are just my thoughts. I would love to see more reactions to Vain Elämää. They have some good stuff from this season, especially Marko's versions were amazing!
