Awesome thanks for a nice recap ! One question, so the 3 greater evil got banished to Sanctuary but how come Andariel & Duriel ended up there too, serving for the ones that they banished ?

It's important to keep in mind that Duriel and Andariel were hesitant to even start a revolution against the Greater Evils. So, after the Dark Exile, the three Greater Evils got stuck into Soulstones on Sanctuary. However, at the end of Diablo 1, Aidan sticks Diablo's Soulstone in his forehead. Andariel and Duriel, who weren't even totally into the whole banishing the Greater Evils plan, figured that the Greater Evils would come to rule the Burning Hells again, and that it would be better to be on their side when that happened. Thus, during Diablo 2, they served Diablo by protecting the way of the Dark Wanderer, trying to stop us from following in his tracks. Glad you enjoyed the video :D

A few corrections: Baal didn't assault Mount Arreat to get to Pandemonium Fortress, Mount Arreat was where the Worldstone was after it was stolen from the Panda Fort by Lilith and Inarius, to create Sanctuary. It was hidden there and guarded by the Barbarians. The Barbarian Elder Nihlathak betrayed the Barbarians and helped Baal find out how to access the hidden Worldstone. Another issue is the claim that Malthael used the remains of the Worldstone to create the Soul Vortex. This is false, as it hadn't been in Panda Fort for over 1000 years, and he used the Black Soulstone to capture human souls with it and prevent the rise of Nephilim, who shared demonic ancestory, which he felt threatened the High Heavens. This is a direct quote from a codex you find in D3 Act 5 Panda Fort: "The Pandemonium Fortress housed the Worldstone for many years... until the angel Inarius and the demon Lilith stole it away. With its loss, there was nothing left to fight for, and the fortress has been abandoned since. Our time in this land has drawn to an end for now."

i like the video mostly - but the fact you used someone elses reading of the game text who is a popular youtuber that does game lore, ya loose some respect. Read the things yourself or just let them play so I can read them while you talk. I forget the gents name that reads it time 12:30

That's literally the voice line from the game :P I used several voice lines FROM THE GAMES in the video that I feel are iconic for certain events in the lore. I make a point of recording all my voice lines and gameplay.
