ENTJ boss being ENTJ

This week's update: i got a tick bite, ran a race, had more discussions with my boss.
My boss is ENTJ and my supervisor is ISFJ, which leads to some clashes. The asthma nurse is probably ISTJ.

Hello Ingrid, Always nice to see you again. I don't think it's not problematic to consider some colleagues like family. It's nice you survived that race. Maybe the clues are pointing towards somewhere and may be autism can be a kind of an answer. I'm totally with subtlety! I think when you work with the same people for long time it can be really nice to know them on a deeper level if possible of course. It would be great if you can have break ( besides vacation) unfortunately I can't 😢 Ah yes... life is going too fast at least for me. Infrared radiation is a very interesting type of radiation and it's very useful in characterization ( especially spectroscopy) understanding light and it's applications is a long run quest in science and it has never ceased to amaze. Hi sic, i hope you're doing ok. I'm not saying i can take a break from my job now, but maybe a few years in the future? I'm trying to think broadly on the timeline of my life. To me having the only friends you have in your town be coworkers can be a precarious situation to be in and can quickly go wrong, so i have to be careful. Yes infrared radiation is interesting could be interesting, but this book was too sensationalist and based in the author's biased opinions. At the moment im reading a book about astronomy which is much better 😊 Oh also once again i want to give you praise for reading your first book in a while 😊

"Hi it's me, Ingrid INFP" - always puts a smile on my face, it just sounds so cute and lovely. Hehe :) Well, I don't have too much to say, but congrats on your run and on beating your previous time! :) And yes, if you could switch up some things in the future, like quitting or pausing your job and just do something different for a while it might be what you need! I did that too and I am so glad I did!

Maybe ENTJs are best for positions where they are in charge but not too personally involved with whoever they are in charge with. You said something along the lines of maybe they aren't the best bosses at times (as stereotypes would suggest) since the most direct and obvious solution their Te finds is not always the best. The Fe of ENTJs is usually pracically nonexistent. Maybe they are good at organizing and directing, but does that make them good or beloved team players? Not necessarily. My boss is an ENTP, I think. And he has his flaws as anyone does but what I have noticed is that he really seems to honestly care about his employees but it is not always obvious to everyone. I get the strong sense that he had to learn how to talk to people the way he does. But his Child Fe is very caring. It is really interesting to me that the ISFJ would be offended that the ENTJ never tried to get to know her. I suppose if you worked in a place for ten years, regardless of your type you might expect your boss to have tried to get to know you. As an INTP, sometimes I feel self-conscious about how I don't try to get to know others around me much, but I just don't feel the need or desire to ask any questions and whether I am right or wrong about this I typically feel like I already know enough about someone by being around them and passively observing them. Sorry, I've made a long post, I'll stop here.

Yeah you might be on to something there. My boss is really good and I'm grateful he has done so much for me and my workplace but there comes a certain point where there is a need for feeling functions to come out. My boss cares for us but i think my ISFJ supervisor does not see that as it is not Fe. I don't want to get too close to my boss and would rather he leave be alone. But yeah the fact that his emoting is not genuine and rather manipulative rubs me the wrong way, and he doesn't make the best team player.
