10:39 - Have multiple vendors in that category. If you have only one vendor then any issues with that vendor could really be problematic. Also, if multiple vendors are competing, it keeps the price reasonable. This includes banks. 27:00 - Work backwards to find ways to advertise to your customers.

I can't be that much of an exception, happy pensioner in Europe in a rental (who plans to never work another day), so seemingly not even remotely the targeted demographic. However mr. Ramsey teaches how to think about and tackle problems, get clarity, strategize and find solutions, and I listen.

The most important thing that should be on everyone's mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies.
