Everyone is in May and being like “my school ended yesterday, I'm excited for summer!” My school ends June 29th...and I can't believe kids get presents at the end of the year! She spent so much time, effort and money on the gifts, she is so sweet and thoughtful! I've never gotten an end of the year present 😂

I just love the idea you did for the kids gifts, I think I might do something like that but instead of a reading book i will probably put in a small colouring book and pencils as the students love to colour. Also, your co-workers would be pretty pleased with their gifts as well.

In Dubai teachers can sometimes get really extravagant gifts like designer bags and perfumes. I knew this one teacher who got a Louis Vuitton bag a couple of years ago !!! I was pretty jealous :P love ur channel :)

Great video I know how much the kids loved their gifts. I have a first grader and third grader and they love getting gifts from their teachers! Part of this makes me glad I teach HS! Lol no gifts required! 😂 LOVE the part with your dog!!

Just out of curiosity; is school in the US always this fun? 😳 Here in Germany we had absolutely nothing except desks, chairs and a board in our classrooms, and the teachers barely knew our names and there you are giving out personalised gift bags at the end of the year and building an incredible reading nook that looks like a tree 🙊 Is it weird to say my little kid self is seriously jealous of your students? 😅😄😂

No it's not always like this in the US, when you get a teacher like her you typically remember that teacher forever and sometimes stay in touch with them. We have a lot of teachers who are mean and very hateful towards students but if you're lucky you'll get one like her in you school years.

not always. like my fifth grade teacher is mean and strict because we are in an advanced class and I understand that she does it for our own good, but she doesn't give second chances or anything. I'm comparison to my third grade teacher, she was laid back and more tolerant. She got all a Christmas present and spent 200 dollar a for all the students.

When I taught K, I put together large sand buckets with sand toys, sunglasses, etc. (we lived by the beach, so it made sense)! :) Yes, absolutely!!! I feel super awkward! Aww, thank you!!! I have several friends that have silhouette cameos and they LOVE them, which is why I went with a cameo over a cricut. I honestly have never used a cricut (even though someone gave me an old one a few years ago...I never tried it! lol) but I am IN LOVE with my silhouette cameo!!! It is SO EASY to use! I'm sure the cricut is great, as well, but I probably stick with the cameo! Every teacher that I personally know that makes things like this has a silhouette cameo instead of a cricut. :) Have a fantastic weekend!!!

I only get a small amount from YT. :) My husband works, as well, but I think as long as teachers budget well, it can be done! :) Another thing is that I don't have kids, so that helps with having extra money for school instead of for my own kiddos. My students are my "kids."
