Another great adventure is boiling. Right now you can find great deals and boats trailers all up and down the west coast of Florida, with two hurricanes back to back within two weeks of each other lots of boats damaged. After the insurance claims are paid you can buy these boats and trailers for pennies on the dollars, We just picked up a 1993 Grady-White 24 Explorer/ 24'. Has a 250hp Evinrude outboard on it that purrs like a kitten. Came with a pretty decent trailer. The boat sustained some hull damage above the waterline. The boat was on its trailer at a marina when the hurricane came through, another boat was blown into it. There's a crack in the front of the hull about 3 feet long and about a 1/4 inch wide, but the inner hull is not damaged. A little fiberglass work and some paint and it will be like new. We picked up this boat from an auction house for $2200. This bought has a resale of $25,000.....
